Chapter 636 of the Kingdom Manga will come out on 26th March 2020. The title is yet to be released. Chapter 635 has left us on a gloomy end, and this tone is likely to be maintained in Chapter 636.
Chapter 636 Speculation
We always knew OuSen was different. We always knew he was wicked and had many tricks up his sleeves. We knew he could think of a way out of situations that defeated everybody else. But will this plan work? Or has OuSen made a terrible mistake?
Is the Qin army doomed to die? If Riboku and his army left the Gyou battlegrounds, is that the end of their participation? We have a feeling that we’ve haven’t seen the end of Riboku’s appearances just yet. The Kanki army won, but at what cost?
OuSen didn’t tell anybody about his discreet plans, and now they may work against his and Kanki’s army alike. Will their troops die of starvation?
The battle of Gyou seems to be over, but is it truly so? How will they ravage a defeated land? There’s nothing left to see in Gyou anymore, except- a battle of wits.
While the storm of the battle of Gyou might have passed us today, we sure sense another storm coming.
Raw Scans
Kingdom Chapter 636 raw scans were released recently. The upcoming chapter shows events happening in 4 different places:
Gyou: The rest of the Ousen army arrived at Gyou. A few soldiers died here and there due to starvation during the march. They also ate all of their war horses in an effort to have the energy to reach Gyou.
As soon as they reach Gyou Shin greets his soldiers and Bihei asks if there’s anything left, to which he replies there isn’t. Ousen and Kanki’s groups are discussing the situation.
The army is on the brink of starving to death and Maron guesses this would only last 2 more days if they were just staying idle. However, he assumes Riboku wouldn’t let them just do anything.
Riboku HQ: Riboku watches as the rest of the Ousen army finishes entering Gyou. A messenger arrives saying the Yotanwa army is still in Ryouyou and doesn’t seem like they’re planning to leave.
Riboku says the way they’ll recapture Gyou is with the same strategy that the Qin has taken Gyou.
Qin Palace: A messenger arrives telling them that Ousen and Kanki’s armies have taken Gyou. Sei says it’s not the time to celebrate yet due to the starving armies in Gyou and Ryouyou.
Shouheikun says he has no idea how Ousen did it but since it’s done the armies won’t be able to hold out much longer with food as an issue. Mouki says someone left and Shouheikun says the supplies are probably about to arrive.
Retsubi: Kaioku is leading the Qin supplies over and they see a 10000man strong Zhao army against their own 10000man strong Qin army. Leading the Zhao is General Kochou. Kochou’s soldier asks if they should start and he says no since someone else will start.
Shinsuujuu’s army comes from the side and catches the Qin by surprise. They aim for the supplies and starts burning/destroying them but a soldier found out that it’s empty. Kaioku smirks.

No, Kingdom manga is not on any break or hiatus.
Plot of Chapter 635
After an epic battle, the gates to Gyou open, and the starved refugees storm out. Before the army inside can even begin to stall the invaders, Kanki’s troops invade the fortress.
The king of Gyou feels like he failed himself and his God and commits suicide as his family watches from the ground.
Riboku turns back, but Shin realizes the doomed fate they’re facing. This is still a battleground, but there’s no food for the thousands in their army.
