Chapter 78, titled, “The Human Weapon” begins with the continuation of the Special Match between Misasa and Hikaru. Hikaru gets Misasa cornered and throws in a few punches which are dodged by Misasa. But Hikaru is still able to land a sharp scratch on his face with his palms.

Misasa, still trying to avoid most of his attacks, thinks to himself that he should’ve let Kanoh handle him. Then Hikaru mocks him for taking part in such a match which puts him at a disadvantage. Meanwhile, one of the bodyguards from the extermination force, Kaike says that Misasa is just toying with him.

Further, Misasa lands a sudden punch on Hilary’s head which makes his face bang to the floor. Misasa says that he can’t stand being taken down by the likes of him. This makes Hikaru furious and surprised that Misasa’s attack actually landed on him!
