4. Recap of Chapter 71

1. Falcon wins!

Chapter 71, titled “Heavyweights,” begins with the board showing Falcon as the winner, and for Rihito, it’s another loss.

This match marks two wins for the purgatory! Rihito gets carried away on the stretcher and meets Kazuo and Wakatsuki on the way back who reassures him they will take care of the matches and take rest now.

But Rihito’s memories become scrambled, and he keeps blabbering about his turn for the game. They take him away, and Falcon returns to his team. They congratulate Falcon, but he, in his tired state, walks past them.

2. Next Kengan match!

Up next in the match is Julius from Kengan’s side and Mudo from Purgatory; both face each other in the ring amidst the cheers from the audience. Falcon approaches Gensai and challenges him to a duel.

Still, Gensai refuses and tells him not to overdo it, knowing that he had fought with Rihito Gensai’s student Falcon was in no condition to fight after being attacked by the Razor’s edge. But Falcon refuses to back down and says that there is a need to push his limits because the next time Falcon fights with Rihito, he would surely lose.

He tries to attack Gensai using misdirection, but in one neck chop falls unconscious on the ground. At the underground arena, the match between the muscle monsters is announced, ending this chapter on a cliffhanger.
