The Kengen Association was pleased with their victory. Toyoda met the members and spoke with Nogi about the merger deal.

This chapter portrays the Kengan Association celebrating their win. Ohma tells Kazuo to handle the celebration because he needs to rest. Julius stops Ohma as he leaves and asks if he’s planning to go after the other Niko.
Kaolan and the rest tell him that confronting that monster is not ideal, given his condition. They state he will face the other Niko on proper terms later. Given that they know the other Niko is tied to the Worm, Ohma takes the advice of his team.
Ryuki gets back and says Ohma’s match was great. Ohma and Misasa find Ryuki’s change in behavior from distorted to calm to be odd. When Koga asks where Ryuki’s been, he replies he’s met God. A panel shows Kiryu walking by happily.
With the celebration of the victory, the Kengan Association’s members are seen in a meeting. Toyoda enters the discussion and admits to their win. Getting down to business, Toyoda states about the deal to Nogi.
Toyoda reveals that the Worm has been dealt with, and they can be at ease. Nogi then states he’s withdrawing the merging deal with the Kengan Association and Purgatory. This surprises everyone, and Kimishima starts panicking.
After watching the tournament, Nogi says that Purgatory and the Kengan Association are incompatible in their functions. He then mentions Toyoda to keep running Purgatory as a part of the Association’s subsidiary.
Nogi and Toyoda talk about the new business proposal and figure out its layout. Retsudo witnessing the deal, understands this was Nogi’s plan from the start. By bringing the most significant forces and combining them, Nogi will be unshakable.
Retsudo finds the matter concerning and plans not to let the newly formed deal destroy the Association. Back in the ring, Koga knows his strength will catch up to Ohma in a year. There is something unexpected about to unfold with the events over for these fighters.
