In Episode 6, titled ‘Tsun Is Dere,’ Naoya, Saki, and Nagisa finally made Milika leave the place after trying hard for a long time.
Naoya saw Milika leaving her tent earlier in the episode and called a pawn shop, telling them to pick up her belongings. Saki and Nagisa hesitated at first but decided to do as Naoya said.
Before Milika could do anything, her father searched for her and learned about his daughter living with a two-timer and her channel.
He asked Milika to come back home and was about to delete her channel when Naoya jumped in and took Milika’s phone off his hand.
As Naoya defended Milika, Saki and Nagisa realized that Milika has fallen in love and got worried about what would happen next. In the end, Milika went back but promised to come back again.

Episode 7 Preview & Speculation
As Nagisa and Saki anticipated, it looks like Milika is actually in love with Naoya, and it’s not difficult to predict what will happen next.
Milika was so determined to become Naoya’s third girlfriend just for the sake of her ego. But now that she likes him, she will chase him down until he agrees to her proposal.
On the other hand, things are going to get more difficult for Nagisa and Saki. Their hearts know Naoya will fall for Milika eventually, which makes me wonder what they will do next to stop Naoya from falling for Milika.
In the preview of the next episode, Milika shows up again, and Naoya tells her that her honesty and transparency are some of her attractive features. Saki, as always, stops him and reveals that Milika is actually in love with him.

Episode 7 of the Kanojo Mo Kanojo (2021) anime, titled “The Girlfriends”, has been released on Saturday, Aug 14, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Episode 6 Recap
Naoya is determined to make Milika give up on him, but Milika is stubborn and gets used to the tent life. While having breakfast one fine morning, Naoya sees Milika leaving the tent to use the nearby restroom in a convenience store.
Naoya sees a perfect chance to get rid of Milika and calls someone, offering them all of Milika’s belongings. But Nagisa and Saki stop him and say that he doesn’t need to act so aggressively.
Naoya explains that he is worried he would fall for Milika on seeing her working so hard for him. He adds that earlier also, he promised to love Saki for the rest of his life but fell for Nagisa.
The girls finally agree with him and decide to play along. Naoya calls a pawn shop and asks to pick up Milika’s stuff. While Nagisa and Saki load her things in the truck, Naoya buys some time by engaging her.
Milika senses something fishy and rushes towards her tent. She sees Nagisa and Saki loading her belongings in a truck and screams out at the top of her lungs, but somehow Nagisa and Saki finish the task.
Later, Milika’s father comes to Naoya’s house searching for her and learns about her channel. On seeing her videos on MeTube, he turns furious and asks Milika for an explanation. He takes her phone to delete her channel, but Naoya takes the phone off his hand just on time.
Naoya tells her father that Milika is hardworking, and a high-schooler like him looks up to her. But the table turns when Milika ends up liking Naoya even more after seeing him defending her.
Milika agrees to return home to think, leaving Saki and Nagisa worried over how much more trouble she will cause now that she loves Naoya.
