After trying and failing at everything to make Naoya happy, Saki barged into his room at midnight to get intimate with him.
However, Naoya rejected her out of his loyalty to Nagisa. Saki didn’t like it and ran back home. Naoya exhausted himself, trying every method to get Saki back while being sleepless for three days.
In the end, Nagisa decided to help Naoya. She called Nagisa on the balcony and tricked Naoya into touching her boobs, thus making Saki appear in front of them and giving Naoya a chance to win her back.

Episode 4 Preview & Speculation
Because of developing an inferiority complex, Saki ran back home, but at the same time, she didn’t break up with Naoya. This confirms that Naoya will manage to take her back because she could’ve done that already if she wanted to part ways with him.
On top of that, breaking up with Naoya would mean revealing the secret in front of the whole school, and Saki’s ego won’t allow that.
A new character was shown in the next episode’s preview. Saki is already conscious and describes the blonde girl as foreshadowing her. Does this mean new competition for Saki?
I wonder what part she will play. So far, it doesn’t seem like she will join the trio to make it a quartet. Moreover, Saki is not going to repeat the same mistake twice.

Episode 4 of the Kanojo Mo Kanojo (2021) anime, titled “Girlfriend and Girlfriend”, has been released on Saturday, Jul 24, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Episode 3 Recap
As decided by Saki, the trio continues to hang out at school, but in secret. However, as they enjoy the lunch on the rooftop, a teacher catches them red-handed and asks to vacate the place as it’s not allowed to eat there.
After trying to eat in a restroom, the three finally decide to have lunch together in the gym storeroom. They enter the room through a glass window and enjoy eating intricate lunch there for the next few days.
One day while having lunch with Naoya and Nagisa, Saki realizes that she is the only one to not do anything among the three. As a result, Saki fears that soon Naoya will leave her to be with Nagisa.
So she decides to cook for Naoya to make him happy. However, she burns the curry she was cooking for Naoya. Nevertheless, she serves it to Naoya and Nagisa.
On realizing that she is running out of options, Saki barges into Naoya’s room late at night and tries getting intimate with him. However, Naoya refuses to go ahead as it would mean betraying Nagisa. Being rejected, Saki returns to her home, which is next to Naoya’s.
Nagisa hears the noise and comes downstairs. On learning about Saki leaving the house, she wonders if this is the new beginning for Naoya and her and starts thinking about getting close to him.
Meanwhile, Naoya doesn’t sleep for three days, trying to get Saki back to the house, but none of the methods he tries help him. Finally, on seeing Naoya struggling like this, Nagisa tells him that she’ll make every day fun for him even without Saki.
But Naoya says that he is not ready to give up on either of them. After hearing this, Nagisa feels guilty and decides to get Saki back.
The following morning, Nagisa calls Saki on the balcony. In front of her, Nagisa tricks Naoya into groping her breast. Saki turns furious and comes in front of them, thus giving Naoya a chance to talk to her.

Naoya, a first-year high school student, asks Saki out and they decide to start dating. However, out of the blue, Nagisa confesses to Naoya about liking him.
Though Naoya and Nagisa immediately get along, he tells her that he already has a girlfriend.
He suddenly proposes that they go together to talk with Saki about him dating them both at the same time. Although Saki is reluctant at first, she agrees to date Naoya with Nagisa at the same time.
