In Episode 2, titled ‘How Nagisa Feels,’ Naoya, Saki, and Nagisa slept in the same room on their first night together at Naoya’s house. Naoya had already placed the mattresses next to each other.
Next morning, Nagisa woke up earlier than the two and checked Saki’s phone but was caught red-handed. Naoya took the responsibility and saved her from Saki’s wrath.
That day, Nagisa also revealed that she had been missing school, preparing to impress Naoya. The three study together that day. Saki demanded not revealing about their relationships at school before heading to school.
However, after taking pity at Nagisa at school, Saki declared that they should continue to hang out at school, but in secret.

1. Episode 3 Preview & Speculation
It’s pretty clear that Saki wants to win Naoya back and regrets agreeing to his proposal of dating both Nagisa and her.
At the same time, she doesn’t want to leave him because that would destroy her reputation at school, making me wonder what moves Saki will use on Naoya next.
Earlier in the episode, Nagisa said something about winning Naoya. Does this mean winning him over Saki? If that’s the case, I doubt she is not the person she is pretending to be in front of them.
However, she seemed like a modest girl so far, even when she was not in front of Naoya. She just wants to be together with Naoya and is happy with the current situation. Nagisa’s personality is still unclear, so I hope to see more of her in the upcoming episodes.

Episode 3 of the Kanojo Mo Kanojo (2021) anime, titled “A Place for Three”, has been released on Saturday, Jul 17, 2021.
Since this anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

3. Episode 2 Recap
Nagisa and Saki come out of the bathroom and find that Naoya has already set three mattresses next to each other, which means they all will spend the night together in the same room. Saki yells at him, but Naoya assures her that he just wanted them to get close.
The three of them lay down, with Naoya in between Nagisa and Saki. After some time, Nagisa moves towards Naoya’s mattress. Naoya then holds Nagisa’s hand, making Nagisa shy. Meanwhile, Saki hears some noises and misunderstands.
She gets up and throws off their blanket, only to find them just holding hands. Finally, they decide to get in bed together to prevent any further misunderstandings.
The following morning, Nagisa wakes up before Naoya and Saki and prepares breakfast. Suddenly Nagisa sees their phones and decides to take a look. She opens Saki’s phone and gets surprised to see that Saki has written good stuff about her.
Naoya wakes up at the same time and asks her what she’s doing. Saki also wakes up soon and sees her phone in Nagisa’s hands. However, Naoya tells her that it was him who used her phone. Saki punches him in the face for doing so but cools down after tasting Nagisa’s food.
While sitting for breakfast, Nagisa reveals that she hasn’t been to school for a long time because she was busy preparing to impress Naoya. On hearing this, Naoya declares that they all should study together so they won’t fall behind in school.
Later, Naoya asks both of them to use a particular formula to solve the question. Saki immediately solves the problem. On the other hand, Nagisa excuses herself to go to the washroom, looking for the formula on the internet. She comes back and solves it too.
Later Saki demands the other two to not reveal their relationships at school and the trio head to school. There, Nagisa sits in the same class as the two. While all eyes are on Nagisa, Naoya approaches her and introduces himself. Nagisa also participates in the fake scenario.
Saki takes Naoya to the terrace, followed by Nagisa. Saki declares that they should continue to hang out at school but in secret.
4. About Girlfriend, Girlfriend
Kanojo mo Kanojo is a Japanese romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Hiroyuki. Serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in March 2020, and has been compiled into three tankōbon volumes as of November 2020.
Naoya, a first-year high school student, asks Saki out and they decide to start dating. However, out of the blue, Nagisa confesses to Naoya about liking him.
Though Naoya and Nagisa immediately get along, he tells her that he already has a girlfriend.
He suddenly proposes that they go together to talk with Saki about him dating them both at the same time. Although Saki is reluctant at first, she agrees to date Naoya with Nagisa at the same time.
