Furthermore, it’s confirmed that Saki agreed to Naoya’s proposal because she is attracted to Nagisa. Of course, this will cause trouble for them later because that’ll be a highly complicated love circle!
However, I wonder until when she will enjoy these perks because it’s quite obvious that the story will end disastrously.
Judging by the preview of the next episode, it looks like someone already broke the rule. I wonder who it is.

Episode 2 of the Kanojo Mo Kanojo anime, titled “How Nagisa Feels”, has been released on Saturday, Jul 10, 2021.

3. Episode 1 Recap
Mukai Naoya is a 15 years old high school student who never forgets to show his love to his girlfriend Saki, who also happens to be his childhood friend and classmate. However, his girlfriend doesn’t like when he hugs her in public.
Naoya looks over the playground from the school’s terrace and remembers how he proposed Saki once every month since they were in first grade, and his feelings were reciprocated only when they entered High School.
While he is lost in thoughts, Minase Nagisa, a first-year girl in the same school, comes on the terrace and confesses her feelings for him.
Furthermore, Nagisa reveals that she has been working hard on herself for a few months for this day and also made food for Naoya.
Naoya tastes a beefcake from the bento Nagisa brought and likes it a lot. On seeing that Naoya is getting well with her, Nagisa asks him to go out with her.
Naoya tells her that he already has a girlfriend, to which Nagisa says that she’ll wait and confess again someday.
As she walks away, Naoya holds her hand and asks her to come with him to ask Saki if they can date. He says that he couldn’t lose an attractive girl like Nagisa and wants to date them both. Nagisa agrees, and they go to meet Saki.
Saki immediately likes Nagisa the moment she sees her and asks her to hang out with them. Together they all go to a karaoke club and then play basketball.
Later, when Saki tastes Nagisa’s made food, she comments about wanting to marry her.
Naoko gathers the courage and tells Saki everything. Saki punches Naoya in the face and disagrees with his proposal.
However, Naoya and Nagisa successfully convince her in the end. Saki and Nagisa then move to Naoya’s house so they all can live together and bond well.

Kanojo mo Kanojo is a Japanese romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Hiroyuki. Serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine in March 2020, and has been compiled into three tankōbon volumes as of November 2020.
Naoya, a first-year high school student, asks Saki out and they decide to start dating. However, out of the blue, Nagisa confesses to Naoya about liking him.
Though Naoya and Nagisa immediately get along, he tells her that he already has a girlfriend.
