Last, we got to see Shino and Rika crash Naoya’s trip for their own selfish reasons. Nonetheless, things don’t always go as planned. Even though it was unintentional, Naoya ended up witnessing Rika and Shino’s towels come off and got punished for it.
In the latest episode, we finally saw Nagisa express her genuine feelings towards Naoya. Things got even more chaotic when Shino learned that Naoya has two girlfriends, and Saki was fine with it.
To add the icing to the cake, Rika also confessed her feelings for Naoya.

Episode 13 Speculations and Discussions
Episode 12 was the last episode of the first season of Kanojo mo Kanojo.
As of now, no official sources are claiming that there will definitely be a second season. It’s even tougher to expect one since the anime did not even make it in the top ten anime list of this season.
Yet, I don’t think there is any harm in hoping for one. In the meantime, we can just read the manga and catch up to it while we wait for an anime adaptation.
Who knows, maybe we will get to see Naoya with more than two girlfriends in the manga.

Recap of Episode 12
Episode 12, titled “Girlfriend, Girlfriend,” starts with Saki telling Nagisa to stop holding herself back for her sake.
Nagisa then admits to Saki that she immediately caught feelings for him when she first saw Naoya and committed herself to becoming his ideal woman.
Naoya overhears this and tells her to quit undermining herself. He further states that she does not need to let Saki get special treatment.
Nagisa is embarrassed that he heard everything, and then she chooses to escape this embarrassment by avoiding any sort of conversation.
Meanwhile, Shino finds Rika, and when they see Nagisa, Naoya, and Saki run past them, they join the pursuit.
Nagisa demands to remain subordinate to Saki or their entire relationship will fall flat.
Saki, Rika, and Shino fall back from weariness, so Nagisa and Naoya keep running without them.
Naoya finally catches up to her and states that whatever issues happen, he will fix it at any cost.
The others finally catch up to them, and Nagisa admits to Shino that she is also dating Naoya. Saki acknowledges this and cheerfully announces that they are now rivals for the position of senior girlfriend.
They then escape from Shino as they know that she will lecture them. Shino reprimands Naoya for two-timing and then lectures Saki for tolerating it.
Naoya then surprises her when he reveals that he intends to disclose their relationship to Saki’s mom. Saki openly expresses her dismay regarding his course of action.
Nonetheless, Shino cannot handle Naoya two-timing her friend and decides to figure out some way or another to split them up for Saki’s own good.
The episode ends with Shino getting even more enraged after discovering that Rika also has feelings for Naoya and blames him for being a three-timer.
