Ishigami surprised everyone by revealing that he is in love with Tsubame senpai in episode 4 of Kaguya-Sama: Love is War season 3.
Ishigami got a lot of development in this episode, and Kaguya played a significant role. He worked really hard for his semester exam but, unfortunately, didn’t get the desired result. However, he did learn an important lesson in this process.
Chika and Kaguya spent a night together at Kaguya’s place, and this night’s stay was filled with lots of fun and some nosebleed. Kaguya was very close to actually revealing her love, but Shirogane’s luck was not by his side, and we were left hanging without any answer.

Episode 5 Speculations
We are going to have some more development and comedy in episode 5 of Kaguya-sama: Love is War season 3. Shirogane may ask Kaguya out for a date as he wants Kaguya to confess to him.
This may be one of the chapters that will get adapted. I can’t be sure what the anime will cover next, but it will still be a lot interesting to see Shirogane struggle to make Kaguya confess to him.
We might get another episode with some side character development just like episode 4. Let’s see what’s in the store for us.

Episode 4 Recap
Ishigami gets jealous of Nagisa and Tsubasa’s relationship and fires a laser death beam on them. Kaguya asks him what this is all about. He tells her that this beam breaks up couples who get hit by it. Kaguya thinks he is jealous, but he denies the allegations.
Koyasu Tsubame shows up to submit an application form. Ishigami gets flustered by her sudden appearance, and Kaguya immediately understands that he has feelings for Tsubame. At first, he denies it, but after some manipulation from Kaguya, he gives in and tells her that he has feelings for Tsubame.
Despite his feelings, he thinks that she is way beyond her league, and he lacks the spirit to go up and talk to her. Kaguya goes up to him and tells him to make Tsubame his no matter what.
Ishigami offers some creepy ways to confess to her, but Kaguya denies them all. It is finally decided that he has to be in the top 50 in the upcoming exams.
Ishigami works really hard but unfortunately fails to make it to the top 50. He is very disappointed, not because Tsubame won’t notice him now, but because Kaguya had trusted him so much.
Kaguya shows up in the men’s washroom (where he is crying) and tells him to start working and make it to the top 50 the next time as there is no point in crying over what has happened.
Chika wants to invite Kei, Shirogane, and Kaguya to a dinner party at her house. Kaguya is ready to go as Shirogane will also come, but she gets disappointed when she comes to know that Chika’s father is out on a business trip that day. Chika offers to sleep over at Kaguya’s place.
Unfortunately, Chika is the only one to come as the others couldn’t make it. Chika meets Herthaka, who is actually Hayasaka. She has dressed in a male attire because no one at school knows that she is Kaguya’s servant. Chika is impressed by their compatibility.
They enjoy their time at Kaguya’s house. It’s late-night, but Chika is still talking with Kaguya. Kaguya usually sleeps by eleven o’clock, but they have gone past midnight now, and Kaguya can’t keep her mind straight.
Chika decides to call Shirogane to ask him about his love. Kei reveals that he has been talking to someone named Herthaka. Chika gets a nosebleed listening to this.
Kaguya takes over the phone and is about to reveal whom she loves but falls asleep before that.
