Unyo has sent his men after Kaguya to get the will from her and now Kaguya is on the run. Ishigami tells her to keep running toward the moon. Chika is angry at his behavior and yells at him for ruining their well-going plan.

Unyo tells her that he isn’t going to sit back and let them ruin things for him. Chika tells Unyo that his efforts will fail because they will always be there for each other, and no matter how tough things get, they won’t let him get the better of Kaguya.

Unyo identifies her as the prime minister’s grandkid. He asks whether this was all her plan. She denies the charges, telling him that she only contributed to the plans made by the president of the Shuchin student council.

Now all the characters start to describe how their plan worked, all thanks to their president. It was Shirogane who suggested that they talk with Kaguya’s father.

He was the one who helped Ishigami with the plan of kidnapping Kaguya. He came up with each and every plan and made things work out.

Unyo doesn’t believe any of this, but Fujiwara assures him that their president is very persistent with whatever he does, and even if their plan fails, he has other plans too.

Kaguya is running away from Unyo’s men. She is thinking about all the misery, happiness, sorrow, and regret she went through all her life. She still wants to get back to everyone else and believes that things will work out no matter what. She is not alone anymore.

On reaching the end of the cliff, she jumps off of. Shinomiya shows up on a helicopter, grabbing Kaguya in one hand, telling her he is there to bring her back.
