Kageki Shoujo!! Episode 4: Release Date, Speculation, And Watch Online

Kageki Shoujo!! episode 3, titled “The Teddy Bear,” was aired this week. 

Last, we saw Ai expressed her ill feelings towards Watanabe even though she is her roommate. Watanabe kept trying to maintain a decent relationship with Ai, yet she kept pushing her back.

Ai blatantly told Watanabe that she does not consider her a friend. We also got to see a glimpse at Ai’s past and what made her become the emotionless person she is now who avoids everyone.

Episode 4 Speculations and Discussions

Episode 4 is titled “Tears Overwritten.” 

After the abrupt ending of episode 3, I’m sure we all are eager to see how things will turn out.

I think that the fan who is supposedly stalking Ai will come clean with his intentions, making it clear that he is not trying to be a creep and wants to apologize for making her feel uncomfortable. 

This will be Ai’s first step towards working on herself. Hopefully, this encounter with a fairly decent man gives her a new perspective on men. 

On the other hand, if the fan does turn out to be a creep who just wants to stalk Ai, it will worsen her impression of men, and she will quite possibly never recover from this damage. 

Episode 4 Release Date

Episode 4 of the Kageki Shoujo!! anime, titled “Tears Overwritten”, has been released on Sunday, Jul 25, 2021.

1. Is Kageki Shoujo!! on Break This Week?

No, Kageki Shoujo!! is not on break this week. Episode 4 is set to air as scheduled. No delay has been announced.

Recap of Episode 3

Episode 3, titled “The Teddy Bear,’ starts off with Watanabe complimenting the Dorm Mom’s food while the girls are having lunch together. However, not everyone feels the same as Watanabe.

While the girls are having lunch together, Ai eats her lunch outside on a bench away from them. 

Taichi approaches her and tells her that the seniors will pick on her if she eats lunch alone. However, Ai says how she does not want to eat lunch in that small locker room while all the girls made small talk. 

Ai proceeds to batter the image of her roommate, Watanabe, when asked about how their relationship is. 

After lunch, Watanabe approaches Ai, concerned as to where she was all this time. Ai gives her dry replies until she is unable to control her tongue anymore and states that she does not see Watanabe as a friend. 

Ai then narrates her past where she mentions how she has never really experienced genuine parental love as her mother was always focused on work and didn’t know her father’s identity.  

One day, when Ai was still a pre-teen, her mother suddenly brings a man into her life, saying that he may become her father eventually. But, ever since she met him, Ai never felt safe around him.

Ai’s mom had to go on a weeklong work trip. During that time, this man forces himself on Ai by kissing her and forever traumatizes her. 

As Taichi has always been the one to come to her aid, she agrees to join an idol group as it is close to his place. Unfortunately, during one of the events, a fan holds her hand for too long, grossing her out, making her call him a creep. 

The episode ends with Ai encountering the fan from back then who tries to approach her and Watanabe helping her face her fears.
