Geto fights the jujutsu sorcerers in episode 23 of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ season 2, titled “Metamorphosis, Part 2”. All the Kyoto students, Kusakabe and Panda, reinforce to fight Geto. However, their attacks do not affect Geto at all.
Choso realizes that he and Yuuji share the same blood, making them brothers. The curse in Geto’s body is the same one that possessed Kamo Noritoshi, and Choso has his blood in his veins. Choso is enraged that Geto made him kill his younger brother and attacks Geto.
However, Choso is stopped by Uraume. Choso fights Geto and Uraume but cannot hold his own for much longer. Yuuji saves him since they are on the same side now, but Uraume also gets serious, dealing a deadly blow. However, their attack is thwarted by an unexpected sorcerer.

2. Episode 23 Speculation
Choso has the same blood as the curse possessing Geto’s body. Since Choso believes that Yuuji is his brother, the curse inside Geto’s body also possessed either of Yuuji’s parents at some point. This could explain Yuuji’s extraordinary physique compared to normal humans.
Now that Yuki is here, we will see her curse technique for the first time. Yuki’s words to a younger Geto have been one of the driving factors behind his defection. We might see how Yuki feels about that as well. Utahime also plans to attack, so we might see how that affects the fight.
3. Recap of episode 22
Panda rescues Kusakabe from under the rubble after they were caught in the crossfire of Sukuna and Jogo’s fight. Kusakabe is annoyed at the current situation as he had heard that Yuuji had dominance over his body, but Sukuna took over and wreaked havoc.
Now that Gojo is gone, nobody is strong enough to prevent Yuuji’s execution. Kusakabe prefers to execute Yuuji as well. Mei Mei escaped with Ui Ui after surviving her battle against the smallpox deity. Choso is awake after his battle with Yuuji, and his head is filled with Yuuji and his brothers.
Meanwhile, Yuuji attacks Geto to get Gojo’s prism realm back. However, Yuuji cannot even reach Geto, but Geto is impressed with his tough disposition. Mahito attempts to attack Geto, but Geto absorbs him, making him a part of his curses.
Geto starts explaining the Supreme Art of Cursed Spirit Manipulation, Uzumaki. He swallows Mahito and spots Nishimiya in the air. The Kyoto students attack Geto all at once, but he is unaffected. Geto uses Uzumaki with Mahito’s cursed spirit. Since Mahito is a special grade, the Uzumaki is incredibly powerful.
Kusakabe and Utahime barely manage to save Nishimiya and Miwa from the attack. Panda and the rest of the remaining students also close in to fight Geto. Choso also joins in the battle, and Geto realizes that Choso has realized who Geto is.
The curse inside Geto was also inside the worst sorcerer in history, Kamo Noritoshi, who lived over 150 years ago. Geto reveals that Kamo was just one of the many names he used. Choso is enraged at Geto for making him attack his younger brother, Yuuji and attacks him but Uraume stops him.
Choso attacks Uraume and then goes for Geto next. Their battle takes place on higher ground, with Geto flying around on his curse. Meanwhile, Panda questions if Yuuji is actually related to Choso, which Yuuji immediately denies.
The rest of the sorcerers brace themselves to attack, but Uraume stops them. Uraume attempts to kill Choso, but Yuuji saves him since they are on the same side. Since Yuuji is Sukuna’s vessel, Uraume goes easy on him, and he easily breaks free from the ice.
Uraume is enraged and attacks again, only planning on leaving Yuuji alive because of Sukuna. Uraume’s attack would have killed them, but a surprise presence saves them. Tsukimo Yuki deflects Uraume’s attack and greets Geto, asking him what kind of woman is his type.
