Chapter 194 of Jujutsu Kaisen is titled ‘Sakurajima Colony Part 4.’ It starts with Naoya calling his cousin Maki Zenin weak and comparing her to a child, implying that to him, this fight is amusing.
Naoya suggests they ask the deceased twin Mai about it after Maki responds by asking when he was ever an adult.
Noritoshi Kamo’s arrows hit him at that precise moment, protecting her from the cursed spirit.
When Naoya sees how much blood Noritoshi is using and realizes it is his own blood, the latter is shocked. Noritoshi uses Blood Manipulation to attack.
He quickly realizes that Noritoshi is reentering his body after attacking Naoya by manipulating the blood.
