1. Chapter 179 Raw Scans and Leaks
The raw scans of Chapter 179, titled “Sendai Colony 6” are now out. The chapter starts off with Uro, Yuta, and Ryu activating their domain expansion techniques. However, Uro and Ryu work together to keep off Rika by creating a domain barrier. Rika finds this unacceptable and her cursed energy increases.
Suddenly, a Kurorushi appears who is revealed to be an offspring of the earlier Kurorushi, who produced it during hibernation and continues to live as a spirit. All its cursed energy is also transferred to the new Kurorushi. This creates enough pressure on the three domains to collapse. Yuta notices that it may not be fully compatible with Uro, as the cursed spirit attacks Uro and slices off her arm. Ryu seizes the opportunity, attacking both Uro and Kurorushi with his Granite Blast.
Now both seriously injured, Yuta blasts off the cursed spirit’s head. With Uro unconscious from the blast, Yuta now turns to Ryu, facing him again. A note mentions that Yuta’s cursed technique is yet to recover.

The events with the Culling Game are progressing, and we’re getting closer to seeing its true purpose. The battle with the three sorcerers was exciting, but the best is yet to come.
The fight between Yuta and the two sorcerers will reach its climax in the next chapter. With all three using Domain Expansion, what kind of power will we find in each domain? I think this is a first for three domains to collide, so you know it will be amazing to witness.
It was nice to see Yuta’s opponents figure out his Cursed Technique than the usual self-reveal. Yet fans feel Yuta’s copy technique is not what it seems to be, and there may be more to the Cursed Technique he uses.

4. Recap of Chapter 178
This chapter starts with Rika appearing next to Yuta in the fight. Takako & Ryu are stunned because Yuta gained more Cursed Energy since he was completely drained. Rika is explained as Yuta’s Cursed Technique and stores his Cursed Energy.
There are certain things Yuta can do with his connection to Rika. Yuta can use Cursed Technique, get a supply of Cursed Energy from Rika and have the full manifestation of the Cursed Spirit. Rika lets Yuta pick from the option of weapons she has and fuses it with his body.
As Rika moves to attack Takako, she prepares to counter the spirit. Takako notices Yuta saying, “don’t move,” making her realize he can also use Cursed Speech. With Takako unable to move, Rika and Yuta rapidly attack her. Ryu involves himself in the fight and fires his blast.
Rika flings Yuta towards Takako while she deflects the beam. Ryu is astonished that Rika is tougher than Yuta. Rika then punches Ryu and goes for another hit.
Ryu quickly hits back and gets excited to fight. Meanwhile, Yuta uses his hair as a medium to summon Shikigami to attack Takako.
While fighting with Yuta, Takako questions him if all the Fujiwara are afraid of what she might become. Takako gets surprised that Yuta can use Dhruv’s Cursed Technique and realizes he can copy them.
Yuta says he doesn’t know what his ancestors did but living for herself will only get her this far. Takako gets agitated by his words and prepares to attack Yuta.
Ryu assessing their fight, exclaims that words don’t matter anymore. With the intensity of the moment, Ryu, Takako, and Yuta use Domain Expansion.
