Tooru spots a wasp’s nest and extends his hand, and traps two of them, and then he eats them. Tooru is surprised to see that one of Soft & Wet’s bubbles had passed through Mamezuku’s suit and formed a hole in his chest.

These invisible bubbles make him wonder if it is an ability that Josuke himself is not aware of. Tooru remains calm, noticing Mamezuku has self-destructed.

Near the garage of the Higashikata House, Joshu tells Yasuho that the Higashikata family is on the verge of collapse.

His elder brother Joubin is heavily injured, and even Tsurugi’s health is messed up. He regrets not being able to save his father, Norisuke.

Joshu starts punching himself, and Yasuho informs him that everything happened due to a Stand attack from someone attempting to retrieve the New Rokakaka.

She advises Joshu to seek help from Josuke or Mamezuku. Joshu argues that they are likely under attack as well.

Joshu reveals that he has two Rokakaka fruits with her, and he plans to save Yasuho with one of the fruits.

Yasuho initially refuses to eat them since the fruits aren’t ripe yet. Joshu offers the bigger fruit that looks ripe. He believes that he can save Yasuho and by extension his family with the Rokakaka.

Suddenly, they hear a noise in the thicket. Yasuho suspects it to be the enemy. Hidden in the thicket, it’s Tooru, who decides to allow Yasuho to eat the fruit as a test.

Yasuho decides to make an equivalent exchange, where two people exchange injuries. Joshu isn’t afraid anymore, and he agrees immediately to save Yasuho.

Yasuho realizes that Tooru is the enemy and eats the fruit, triggering the equivalent exchange. Her arm regrows. However, Joshu is shocked to see his right arm shrink.
