Fans were already excited upon seeing the promotional video and key visuals of the 7th Time Loop anime, but now they have even more reason to be thrilled. The franchise has prepared some surprises for anime enthusiasts as they have revealed further information on their upcoming adaptation.
The official Twitter account of the “7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy!” light novel series announced on Sunday that the anime will premiere on January 7, 2024. Crunchyroll will stream the anime in the West.
The anime’s staff launched the “Loop 7 Weeks” campaign on Sunday, featuring a different character every week for seven weeks.
Toki, the talented voice behind Oliver Laurents Friedheim, will bring “Another Birthday” to life for the opening theme. Additionally, we are excited to have THE BINARY perform “Kienai” for the ending theme.
The story is about Rishe Irmgard Weitzner, who holds a secret about dying at 20 and goes back in time five years. She has lived through this time loop six times, experiencing five years of life in different roles each time.
On the seventh go-around, she meets Arnold Hein, the cruel prince of a rival kingdom who killed her in a previous life. To prevent war and stay alive, Rishe uses her past experiences to start her seventh life as the bride of the crown prince of an enemy nation.
