2. Episode 7 Speculation
Episode 7 will continue with the semi-finals of the Kanto Bouldering Championship. The 20 climbers who managed to qualify will compete against each other for the top spot.
The three Climbing dames will be performing exceptionally well in this round. We will get to see Jun and Yotsuma in the semifinals. We will be witnessing a failed attempt from one of the finest climbers, most probably from Jun.
3. Episode 6 Recap
In episode 6, we witnessed the semi-finals of the Kanto Bouldering Championship. St. Caterno’s captain, Fujita Masumi, is stressed just before the semi-final rounds begin. Her past failures make her doubt her abilities.
Nonoka is also there to cheer for team Hanamiya. However, she’s still feeling down due to her failure to qualify in the semi-finals.
Fujimura Asuka of Rockaround rock climbing gym also comes to cheer team Hanamiya. Meanwhile, Asuka and Juzo explain to Kiku the rules and regulations for this round.
There are three walls, and each candidate is given five minutes of allotted time to climb it, followed by a five-minute break. This round tests the climber’s analytic skills.
Konomi takes her time to analyze the first problem and solves it in a single attempt. She surprises everyone with the progress she has made in just a few months.
In contrast, Matsuhashi High’s Nijima makes multiple attempts to climb the same problem; by improvising and learning through every fall.
Ooba challenges Konomi in climbing but fails to clear the first problem. She finally realizes that she is no match for Konomi in climbing.
To everyone’s surprise, Konomi clears the remaining two problems in one shot. Everyone witnesses the rise of yet another champion.
