Is the Order a Rabbit or Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka is often abbreviated to GochiUsa. It was first launched in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Max magazine in 2011. It is a 4-panel manga written by Koi and has 8 volumes so far.
An anime adaptation aired from April to June 2014 and a second season aired from October to December 2015. 2 OVA films were released in November and September 2019.
Crunchyroll streamed both seasons and Sentai Filmworks licensed both the seasons for the North American release. A third season is set to premiere in October 2020.

Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? Bloom is scheduled to start broadcasting from October 10, 2020 and will run for a duration of 12 episodes.
The official website confirms the theme song and performers. The opening theme ‘Tenkuu Cafeteria’ is sung by Petit Rabbit’s, while the ending song ‘Nakayoshi! Maru! Nakayoshi!’ is performed by Chimame-tai.

Since GochiUsa is episodic, each event turns into a competitive adventure. A laundry day can turn into a bubble blowing contest. Turning such dull activities interesting with a dash of color and banter makes the anime stand out.
The previous seasons introduced Cocoa to the town and focused on her relationships with the other girls. In Bloom, it would be nice to see the girls with new settings or events to show their growth in the last 3 years or so.

Kokoa Hoto is a positive and energetic girl who becomes friends with anyone in just three seconds.
After moving in with the Kafuu family to attend high school away from home, she immediately gets along with the shy granddaughter of Rabbit House cafe’s founder, Chino Kafuu.
After beginning to work as a waitress in return for room and board, Kokoa befriends another part-timer, Rize Tedeza, who has unusual behavior due to her military upbringing.
She also makes friends with Chiya Ujimatsu, a waitress from a rival cafe who does everything at her own pace, and Sharo Kirima, yet another waitress at a different cafe who has the air of a noblewoman despite being impoverished.
The show is a heartwarming slice-of-life comedy about five waitresses and their young adventures in their town.

GochiUsa follows the daily adventures of Cocoa Hoto, who works as a waitress at the café Rabbit House.
