The basic premise of the One Piece Film: Red revolves around a new character named Uta. She is the most beloved singer in the world. However, she has never revealed her identity when performing.
For the first time, she will be revealing herself at a concert in Elegia. Luffy and others gather for her concert to enjoy her performance.
Luffy reveals that Uta is his childhood friend and the daughter of Yonko, Shanks. This shocking revelation sets off the beginning of the film.
Is the movie Canon?
