One Piece Odyssey doesn’t feature multiplayer or a co-op mode. It is solely a single-player experience consisting of a self-contained story that involves looking for Luffy’s Straw Hat crewmates scattered around the mysterious island.

It’s up to you, the player, to take Luffy, find all the scattered members around the island, and find a way to leave the island, once again setting sail on the sea. The game is a turn-based RPG, thus deviating from the formula of the previous games in the franchise.
2. When is One Piece Odyssey releasing?
One Piece Odyssey has already been released and is now available worldwide. It was released way back on January 12 for PC players and a day later for all console players.
The game was originally supposed to release in 2022, although a date wasn’t given at that time. But shortly after, publisher Bandai Namco and developer ILCA announced at Tokyo Game Show 2022 that it would release on the slightly delayed date of January 12, 2023.
3. Which platforms is One Piece Odyssey available on?
One Piece Odyssey is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows via Steam. It’s not available on Xbox One or the Nintendo Switch.
Many fans were left confused after it was revealed that it would be arriving on last-gen PlayStation consoles but not on last-gen Xbox consoles, but the reason that was provided was that the game’s simply not compatible on Xbox One.
4. Does One Piece Odyssey have DLC?
One Piece Odyssey does have a DLC called Reunion of Memories, which was released on May 25 of this year. The DLC continues the story of the Straw Hats and adds a whole lot of content to the game.
It not only added a whole new story expansion but also familiar characters such as Mihawk, Perona, Eneru, and Whitebeard. In addition to that, the DLC also introduced exciting new gameplay systems, including tougher boss battles and stronger enemies.
5. How many playable characters are there in One Piece Odyssey?
One Piece Odyssey features nine playable characters and they are:
