Welcome To Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 2, Episode 20, titled “Dream Date,” was released this week.

Last, we saw Iruma and Asmodeus taking up Clara’s offer of staying at her place. The working of the Valac family amused them. Initially, they were taken aback by their behavior, but they got used to it in no time. 

Then, Ameri’s dad arrived at Clara’s place to inform Iruma that he placed restraining orders against reporters for him. Later, Ameri mustered up the courage to ask Iruma out on a date, but Iruma beat her to it.

Episode 21 Speculations and Discussions

The preview of episode 21, titled “The One Who Rules Over The Netherworld,” is revealed at the end of episode 20.

Judging from the title, we can expect the introduction of the strongest demons in the netherworld.

I’m sure there are a few other demons on par with Sullivan in terms of power. There could also be one who is a direct descendant of the previous demon king.

I think there is a high chance that Iruma will come across one of these demons who will take a liking to him.

Episode 21 Release Date

Episode 21 of the Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun season 2 anime, titled “The One Who Rules Over The Netherworld”, has been released on Saturday, Sep 11, 2021.

No, Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun anime is not on break this week. Episode 21 of the second season will air as scheduled. 

Recap of Episode 20

Episode 20, titled “Dream Date,” starts with Ameri’s dad, who is in the demon border control, arriving at Clara’s place to speak to Iruma. 

He tells him that he has placed restraining orders against the reporters crowding around Iruma’s residence. 

Iruma is glad that he can go to his own house now without any disturbance. Before Ameri’s dad leaves, Iruma asks him about Ameri, to which he gets protective and tells him that she is only studying. 

Later, Ameri is scribbling through a notebook. She then reveals that she is taking down notes to have the perfect date with Iruma. 

She tries to muster up the courage to text him and ask him out. As she is about to do so, Iruma himself asks her about her plans. 

Ameri is caught off guard and then tells him to meet her at the aquarium in the afternoon. She also specifies that he better come alone.

The following day, at the aquarium, Iruma arrives to see Ameri in a stunning swimsuit. He compliments her, which makes her blush. 

He was unaware that the place is also a pool and recreational center, so he did not carry swimwear with him. He rents it from a nearby rental shop.

Ameri tries to follow the notes she has taken down and tries everything on Iruma to have the ideal date, but it all fails. 

Ameri feels that Iruma is under the impression that she is just a huge, strong girl because she saves him from a monster that is about to eat him. 

To her surprise, Iruma comes to her and tells her that he really had fun during their time out and could not have asked for a better time.

The episode ends with Iruma carrying Ameri in his arms as her leg got injured while rescuing him.

Mairimashita! Iruma-Kun is a Japanese manga series written by Osamu Nishi. It began its serialization in March 2017 in Akita Shoten’s shōnen magazine Weekly Shōnen Champion. Currently, the manga consists of fifteen volumes in the tankōbon format.

Iruma Suzuki is a fourteen-year-old kid who is overburdened with responsibilities due to the complacency of his parents.

One day, he discovers that his parents have sold his soul to a demon Lord Sullivan who brings him to the demon world.

Lord Sullivan brings him to the demon world to act as his grandson but by covering up his true identity as a human. This proves to be hard as challenges and adventures test Iruma within the demon world.
