Last, we saw Iruma expressed his anger towards the demon for not feeling the need to rescue others in peril. Jazz and his group worked together and defeated Mountain Blue. Ameri used her bloodline skill to beat the rat-type magical beast.
While Iruma, Agares, and Balam rescued all the children who were stuck under the rubble, Asmodeus and Sabnock fought the Dragon. Towards the end, they were overwhelmed, and Balam had to step in and finish the dragon off.

Episode 18 Speculations and Discussions
The preview of episode 18, titled “My Desire,” is revealed at the end of the episode 17.
Finally, we’ll get to see Iruma shine during this battle. All this time, his classmates got their respective moments to stand out during their struggle against the magical beasts.
Since Ronove, who has always been a selfish brat, stood up to the monster to defend the people who were taking shelter nearby, Iruma will see to it that he is able to save him.
Although no one else knows about Ali, I’m sure Iruma plans to absorb all the mana released by the monster using Ali’s power through the ring.
After successfully protecting Walter Park, Ronove will host a party for Iruma and his friends where we may be able to see Iruma and Ameri spend some private time.

Recap of Episode 17
Episode 17, titled “The Ultimate Halberd,” starts with Iruma rescuing the kids with the help of Balam and Agares.
Meanwhile, Asmodeus and Sabnock are occupied contending with one another while battling the Dragon.
The Dragon turns to attack Balam, Iruma, and the kids, who don’t intake any damage because of Balam.
Asmodeus is distracted as he is under the impression that Iruma is harmed, allowing the Dragon to attack Asmodeus.
Iruma is shaken until Sabnock reveals that he saved Asmodeus. Sabnock then admonishes Asmodeus for being so worried about Iruma since he neglected to have his own ambitions.
Balam makes the huge wooden Dragon Nigipnir and takes care of the magical beast. The Six Fingers sense the three beasts are defeated and combine it into the bigger Composite Magical Beast.
Opera makes Iruma summon Kalego in his owl form, collaborating with Balam and Opera to overcome the new Beast.
Kalego is crushed when he discovers that his intimidating, Cerberus, turns into a little dog in his owl form.
As everyone is taking it easy, the monster assembles its excess magic to make a bomb to kill everybody in the park.
Incapable of doing anything in time, everybody is stunned when Ronove shows up and uses his Charisma skill to constrain Beast to see him, pointing the bomb away from the safe house and towards himself.
The episode ends with Ronove realizing he is in danger, but Iruma jumps in at the end moment.
