Epic Clash Coming Your Way in Invincible Season Finale

A brief trailer launched on Twitter by InvincibleHQ teased an epic confrontation for the final episode of Invincible Season 1.

The Amazon Prime Video series which commenced streaming in March will have the eighth episode airing this Friday. The fans have been warned to expect the unexpected. We can catch a glimpse of the warring between Mark and Nolan in the trailer:

The last episode had left many hearts broken. The revelation of Viltrumite’s secret and Omni-Man killing Immortal was too horrifying to watch for Mark. His personal life was also in pieces after Amber broke up with him when she learned the truth of his identity. Mark blamed his superhero ability for all the fuss.

Amazon Prime’s last superhero genre series ‘The Boys’ was a dark and satirical one. With Invincible, it aims to bring more to the table. Some notable changes have also been made in contrast with Robert Kirkman’s comics.

Like it was exposed way later in the comics that Omni-Man had killed Guardians of the Globe. But here, that secret became unearthed in the very first episode.

In the comics, Mark Grayson was being bullied in school and thus he fought back and was sent to Principal Winslow’s office. There, he told Mark that he was not ‘invincible’, which inspired him to adopt that name in the future.

However, in the TV Series, Mark’s dad convinces Mark that he is pretty much invincible with his abilities. This is why Mark takes up that name.

Fans are left wondering about the fate of the show’s superheroes in the upcoming episode. Omni-Man is expected to face up to his son Invincible revealing and explaining why he killed Guardians of The Globe.

Invincible will be in a state of dilemma, deciding whether he will stand up against his father or fight by his side.
