Intel’s Arc A750 Limited Edition GPU features a cut-down version of the ACM-G10 GPU. Intel has also gone to great lengths to claim that the A750 GPU is better than other competing GPUs in the market like the RTX 3060.
The GPU can reach speeds up to 2050 MHz. It has the ability to support 4 monitors at once and has ray tracing support too. The GPU uses Xe HPG architecture and has 28 Xe cores. It launched with 8GB of DDR6 memory and at a price of $289 last October.
Intel reduced the price of the Arc A750 8GB Limited Edition to $249 a few months ago, but the card is now being sold at just $199 at Newegg, making it the first Arc A7 GPU to go below $200. It’s still unclear if the discount is permanent or if the price will go back to the original.
Intel did not communicate the discount through any official channels or social media, which may hint at the discount not being permanent after all. Only the A750 is discounted as of now, while the A770 16GB and A750 8GB are still being sold at their normal prices.
It is kind of evident that Intel lowered the price of the Arc A750 GPU just as NVIDIA and AMD are about to launch their own mid-range GPUs this week. It’s still a very good deal at this price-point, and the fact that it’s the first Arc A7 GPU to go below $200 makes it even more special.
