i. How to solve Onboarding Puzzle

• Retrieve the keycard from the vent and note the UserID and Pass.
• Exit the vent, enter the office, and interact with the computer. Log in using the UserID and Pass.
• Browse the emails to find new login details (UserID and Pass) and a locker code.
• Log out and log back in with the new details. Repeat this process with a third set of login credentials.
• Access the “Onboarding Puzzle” email and solve the puzzle. Use the keycard to enter the Kitchen, grab the Cloth, and collect a DNA sample from a specific mug.
• Use the DNA to unlock locker 27 and retrieve the Level 2 keycard. Return to the main office and use the keycard to access “The Testing Room.”

ii. How to solve Infected Puzzle

• Find the “Patient File” sheet and note the patient’s name (e.g., Jenny Dune).
• Locate the chart documenting Jenny’s movements throughout the day.
• Compare Jenny’s data with others to identify anyone who shared the same location during any 30-minute window.
• Write down the names of those who came into contact with Jenny.
• At the interactive wall, click on the heart symbol for each person you think has been infected, changing it to a virus picture.
• Once you’ve correctly identified all infected individuals, the locked box’s red light will turn green.
• Collect the first set of balls from the now-unlocked box.

iii. How to solve Direction Puzzle

• Locate two important sheets in the room: one explaining the puzzle principle and another showing an unsolved direction puzzle.
• The goal is to find the shortest route to the Subway Station, changing direction as few times as possible to minimize energy consumption.
• One possible solution is: West, North, East, North, East, North, West.
• Approach the keypad with a compass and direction indicator.
• Enter the directions using their first letter (W, N, E, N, E, N, W) and press Enter.
• Collect the second set of balls that appear to your left.

• Find the group of TVs displaying words and number frequencies. Click on the TV showing your word (e.g., ELTREI).
• Use the order of shapes mentioned to determine the corresponding numbers (e.g., circle = 9, triangle = 6, heart = 8).
• Combine these numbers with the remaining character to form a code (e.g., 9682).
• Enter your code into the keypad on the wall to unlock the final set of balls in tubes.

v. How to solve Colored Balls Puzzle

• Approach the test tubes in the room and press “Mix” to begin.
• Rearrange the balls in each tube until you have four balls of the same color in each tube.
• This may require trial and error, so be patient and keep swapping the balls until you achieve the correct combination.

• Once you’ve completed the puzzle, exit the setup and enter the nearby vent located to your left.

vii. How to solve Surveillance Room Puzzle

• Pick up the bag in the new room, then return to the colored wires puzzle room via the vent.
• On the interactive screen, click “Next” until it says “The Surveillance Room” and re-enter the vent.
• In the room, you’ll see blue screens showing an error message and recalibration instructions.
• The screens also reveal a mysterious figure who has been setting up puzzles throughout the game. Follow the screens to see the figure working through the puzzles.
• If you’re stuck, try the sequence: 6, 11, 5, 7, 9, 10, 8, 12, 2, 3, 1, 4. After solving the puzzle, a new message will appear, and “Camera 00” will come online.
• Check the camera to find a code (e.g., “40481”). Then, head back through the vent. Re-emerge from the vent and switch the screen to “The Vault.”
• Then, re-enter the vent, head to the keypad and enter the code “40481” obtained earlier.
• Open the vault door. Inside, collect the blank keycard on the floor and return to the vent to proceed.

viii. How to solve Ladder Assembly Puzzle

• Exit the wires room and enter the “Interns’ Quarters.” Log onto the starting computer using the credentials “UserID: tslade” and “Pass: 3bw1rwxx.”
• Open the “Keycard Security Issues” email to learn who can print Security Keycards.
• Return to the vent room, switch the screen to “The Archives,” and re-enter the vent.
• Examine the “Ladder Assembly” poster and press “Build” when prompted.
• Assemble the ladder by matching identical parts (A-A, B-B, C-C, D-D) and corresponding symbols. Climb the ladder once it’s repaired.

ix. How to solve Printing Room Puzzle

• Walk to the platform’s end, read the letter, and note the name in quotation marks (e.g., “Dorothy”).
• Read the adjacent document and write down the “Teacher Responsible” (e.g., “Ms. Potata”).

• Reset the password and create a new one. Log in and click “Print Level 4 keycard.” Collect the printed Level 4 keycard from the printer. Proceed to “The Stairway.”
