While most readers assumed Sachi was the one with Alzheimer’s, chapter 22 of The Ichinose Family’s Deadly Sins reveals that the one who had it was Kozo. Tsubasa is shocked and saddened at this discovery, and Sachi is seen crying, holding a bunch of notes that look like Kozo’s.

Tsubasa wakes up in the hospital with Sota, Shiori, and Kazo worried for him. They reveal that another loop has started, but Tsubasa cries and locks himself in his room. When Tsubasa eventually comes out, Kozo asks him what happened, but Tsubasa runs away.

Tsubasa deduces that Kozo is the one who has Alzheimer’s. Tsubasa’s deduction is confirmed when Kozo offers the “don’t get emotional” advice again but does not remember giving it before. Sachi cries in Kozo’s room, holding many notes, wishing to stay in the dream.
