I Got a Cheat Skill Episode 8: Release Date, Speculations, Watch Online

A new girl is found wounded in the woods for Tenjou to save in episode 7 titled “An Encounter in the Woods.”

Luna, a warrior who was training in the woods, is found by the Goblin Elite, who quickly overwhelm her strength with numbers. Luckily, Night and Tenjou are nearby and step in to save her even though their foe is quite strong in numbers.

Taking care of the enemy using his new weapons, he finds a unique friendship and training partner in Luna, and they spend the next couple of days in the forest together. However, Night is highly wary of their new friend and refuses to let Tenjou get too close.

1. Episode 8 Speculation

Luna was revealed to be an assassin from the Dark Guild, which explains why Night was so wary of her and refused Tenjou to take her back to his house. However, their friendship is not about manipulation but is probably genuine, and it is unlikely that they will fight.

The next episode will continue the off-campus trip as Tenjou shows off his survival abilities in nature with his experience of the Dark Woods.

3. Recap of Episode 7

In the cave, Tenjou finds all sorts of new information about magic and even figures out more about its origin and the intricacies of its use. He manages to teleport using his newfound power and even takes Night with him as he goes into the forest instantly.

Traveling through dark caves using a magic light, he easily slices through the monsters and acquires a lot of loot with their teamwork. Putting an end to their explorations for the day, they begin to prepare for their off-campus study trip. 

However, Night notices a massive herd of monsters surrounding an injured girl as Tenjou tries to help, but Night pulls him back. Warning him not to engage, he watches from afar as the girl manages to hold some of the monsters off but eventually needs to be saved by him.

He carries her back to the house as Night expresses his concerns about her. Healing her back to total health, they make their introductions, but Night is still anxious about the girl, Luna. Tenjou summons a bath in the middle of the forest for her to freshen up, and they discuss why she’s there.

She asks him if she could train with him and get stronger, and he hesitantly accepts. The three of them fight against Goblin Elite, and both manage to get stronger in the process,challenging foes.

At the end of the training, she gives her gratitude for accommodating her selfishness, which he accepts modestly. The next day they leave for an off-campus school trip with Tenjou being unable to get Luna out of his head.

They finally arrive at a mountainous area where they are expected to survive in the jungle and must acquire food by themselves. Even the doctor is highly suspicious looking, and the teacher announces the competition between classes and the fact that all of them will be living in the forest.

Kaede and Tenjou group up, leave for fishing and find most of the school at the river already camping in all the good spots. Tenjou finds a good area further up the river and steps into the river, preparing to catch fish using a bucket and his bare hands and impressive speed.

I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too (also known as IseLeve) is a light novel series by Miku and Rein Kuwashima, first published in 2018 by Fujimi Shobo. A manga adaptation by ASCII Media Works is also being serialized since 2019.

The series focuses on Yuuya, a boy who has been brutally bullied his whole life. His saving grace comes when he discovers an isekai door and some priceless artifacts, one of which is a portal that allows him to travel back to his home world.

As he uses these items, his body changes for the better, and he receives crazy cheat skills that even apply to the real world.
