Players in Far Cry 6 can add several animal companions known as “Amigos” to their squad. Oluso, a fierce little black panther, is one such companion. Oluso is viewed as a Stealth Amigo and is also believed to be one of the best companions in the game, so players have to put extra effort to unlock it.
To unlock Oluso, players must complete the entire Triada Blessings Side Questline by collecting all three Triada Relics and bringing them back to Oluwa Cave on Isla Santuario in Far Cry 6. The three Triada relics are:
- Ida’s Triada Relic
- Oku’s Triada Relic
- Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic
1. Starting the Triada Blessings Side Quest in Far Cry 6
The Triada Blessings side-quest can be started by entering the Oluwa Cave, east of Gran Guerrero Mogoteshead in Quito on Isla Santuario, and reading a note lying on the floor, titled “The Triada.”
Refer to the map below for the exact location of the Oluwa cave:
The note, written by “A humble servant of Yara,” will suggest the players to collect the three relics, starting the side quest in this process.
2. Finding Ida’s Triada Relic in Far Cry 6
Players can find Ida’s Triada Relic in Lunatico Caves near Dos Monjas Mogote, west of Verdera town in western Lozania, Madrugada.
You can choose to follow the quest marker or look for a cliff with Triada paintings and purple smoke near it. The cave is on this cliff. You will find a person sitting between two wooden logs here. Read the note in the orange box on one of the logs to begin the treasure hunt.
Grapple your way up the cliff and climb a few vines to reach the cave’s entrance, where you have to descend into the cave using your grapple.
The white arrows will point you towards the correct direction so keep an eye open for those.
Now, you have to move from one zipline to another and grapple around the entire cave system in a long sequence to reach the final chamber. Make sure to time your jumps from one zipline to another correctly. Shoot off any barricades blocking the zipline’s path.
Follow the ziplines and white arrows till you reach the final chamber, where you will find the Ida’s Triada relic sitting on top of the Triada markings and surrounded by purple smoke. Go ahead and pick it up.
3. Finding Oku’s Triada Relic in Far Cry 6
Oku’s Triada Relic can only be found at night inside a sealed well in Fort Oro, located in Cruz Del Salvador’s northeastern part, in the Valle de Oro region.
Walk to the front door of the estate and read the note in the orange box to begin the treasure hunt. The note reads that the access will only be granted during the dark hours, so make sure it’s night time, or you won’t be able to enter.
I. Solving the Puzzles of the Estate to Open the Well
Walk into the room full of mirrors to your right, where all the mirrors will break once you walk past them. Break the only unbroken mirror here to reveal a switch behind it. Interact with the switch to open up the room across from here.
Now, enter the newly opened room that has digital screens showing static and three buttons on the table. Press the buttons in the following order: Middle, Left, and Right.
This action will open up a path to the upper floor, next to the current room. Head upstairs into the piano room and read the note sitting on it. A door behind the piano will now slide open. Enter this room and pick up the dungeon key.
Now, head downstairs and use the dungeon key to open the door right in front of the estate’s main entrance. Head down into the dungeon and break the barricaded path to the right.
Enter the new room with mannequins inside and press the red button on the left pillar at the end of this room to blow open the sealed well outside the estate.
II. Entering the well to collect the relic
Use the door at the back of this room to enter a new space where you can grapple your way up to the roof. Now, zipline your way down to the well from the roof.
Jump down into the well and swim your way to a platform nearby. Use your grapple on the opening of the well, then swing and ascend your way up into a cavity sheltering a shrine.
Collect the Oku’s Triada relic from the shrine.
4. Finding Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic in Far Cry 6
Mimo Abosi’s Triada Relic can be found inside a McKay Global Drilling Site, south of Pequeno Reservoir in southwestern La Joya, El Este region.
At the location, walk down to the drilling site, and remove the power cord from the back of the orange sparking generator. Follow the yellow wire and read the note in the orange box near the site entrance to begin the treasure hunt.
Shoot the lock on the entrance gate to get inside. Keep following the wire, then jump into the water and swim your way to the next chamber.
Quickly, hit the switch inside the room to your left and grapple down from the door in front of you.
Now, you will be in a large area where you will find the Mimo Abosi’s Triada relic sitting under a tree surrounded by purple smoke. Go ahead and grab it.
5. Completing the Triada Blessings Side Quest and Unlocking Oluso
Return to Oluwa cave with all three Triada relics and put them down on the Triada markings at the place where you picked up the initial note and started the questline.
The path in front of you will burst open, go ahead and collect the Triador Supremo and La Varita from the chest. Equip them both for the upcoming battle.
Now, you will be attacked by the guardian spirit of Oluso in the form of multiple shadow panthers.
Take down the entire wave of Olusos to kill it, then revive it to unlock it as your Amigo.
