How to solve the Bracelet Puzzle in Director’s Office? Silent Hill 2 Remake

Silent Hill 2 Remake has many complicated puzzles with multiple layers. One puzzle leads to another and so on, which could be fun for many but sometimes it just gets too much.

The bracelet puzzle in the director’s office located in Brookhaven Hospital is one such puzzle that can break absolutely anyone’s will to progress in the storyline.

1. How to solve the Bracelet puzzle in Silent Hill 2 Remake?

The bracelet puzzle in the Director’s Office can be solved by finding three bracelets Bloodstained Bracelet, Marked Bracelet, and Filthy Bracelet; placing them on the morbid hand on the desk, and aligning the code written on them in the Silent Hill 2 Remake.

The bracelets must be placed in this very order from top to bottom to solve this puzzle. Once you have put all the bracelets on the hand, rotate them till you can find numbers engraved on each bracelet. Line the numbers up and a code shall appear: 92 – 45 – 71.

This will make the hand open up and drop the Director’s Storage Room Key.

However, these bracelets are scattered all over the Brookhaven Hospital, so finding them is not easy.

2. Where to find all the bracelets to solve the puzzle in the Director’s Office?

The bracelets can be found in the following locations in Brookhaven Hospital:

Bloodstained Bracelet	Inside the Pool wall on floor 1F. The pool needs to be drained first.
Marked Bracelet	In the Medical Records room on floor 1F
Filthy Bracelet	Investigate the bed in Room D1 on floor 3F

2.1 Bloodstained Bracelet Location

Even though the bracelet can be found inside the Pool wall on floor 1F of Brookhaven Hospital, this pool needs to be drained first!

To drain the pool you need to locate the pool pump, which can be operated using a Maintenance Key. This key is located inside the drain of Pharmacy on the floor 1F.

After finding the key go to the pool area and investigate the marked location on the map: Pool Pump. Use the key on the latch and turn the knob of the Pool Pump to drain the pool.

You can now break the pool wall using your tool and get the Bloodstained Bracelet after the pool is drained.

2.2 Marked Bracelet Location

The Marked Bracelet is located in the Medical Records room on floor 1F of Brookhaven Hospital. Simply, go to the corridor between Medical Records and Restroom on Floor 1F.

Look around and you will find a vent on the right side. Climb into the vent to get into the Medical Records room. You can find the Marked Bracelet inside.

2.3 Filthy Bracelet Location

To get the Filthy Bracelet, you must investigate the bed in Room D1 on floor 3F. However, the room is locked with a combination lock.

You can figure out its code by solving the X-Ray puzzle. If that sounds like too much of a task for you just use the code 4-37-12 to get inside Room D1.

After collecting all the bracelets, go to the Director’s Office. Put all the bracelets in the correct order and align the numbers on them to get the Director’s Storage room key.

3. About Silent Hill 2 Remake

Silent Hill 2 Remake is an upcoming survival horror video game developed by Bloober Team and published by Konami. The game is set to be released on PlayStation 5 and Windows on 8th October, 2024.

It is a remake of the 2001 video game of the same name and will be the first major installment in the Silent Hill franchise since Silent Hill: Downpour in 2012.
