The Radio Libertad mission in Far Cry 6 begins immediately after the mission “Hype Bomb.” Still, to initiate the mission properly, players must first visit Bicho at his place in Cielo Gardens in Noventarmas and accept the quest of fixing the red antennas.
Players must power up three antennas/radio networks located south-southwest of Bicho’s place in Noventarmas and destroy the jammer at Taino Peak Relay Station to complete the Radio Libertad mission in Far Cry 6.
Fixing Radio Tower #1
Head 280 meters south from Bicho’s place to find the first antenna up in the hilly area. It will be easier to use the helicopter and fly up here than walking or taking a ride.
There are just 5 enemies in this area. Take them out, enter the main building to pull down the lever, and power up the first antenna.
Fixing Radio Tower #2
I. Reaching the Apartments
The second antenna will be in an Apartment Complex 380 meters west of the first antenna. There are no enemies at this location.
Climb up the first floor of the apartment from outside using the old blue car and concrete shack at the side of the building. Now, grapple your way up and climb the vines to reach the roof.
You will see the lever for the antenna behind a locked iron fence on the roof.
Climb on top of the room with a blue “eye-like” Bicho graffiti drawn on its wall and jump down to reach the lever.
I. Where is the key to the locked room in the radio tower?
Unfortunately, the power is out, so you must first repair the electric box inside the locked room before powering up the antenna. Players often look for a key to open up this locked door, but there are no keys to open this door.
Circle your way around the locked room and shoot the lock on the door through the blue window to open it.
Head inside the room, use your repair torch to fix the electric box and bring the antenna online.
Fixing Radio Tower #3
The third and final radio antenna is 550 meters southwest of the second antenna/radio tower with no security at all, so rest easy.
Again, it will be better to use the helicopter to reach this location, but you can always walk or ride here. When you reach the foot of the radio tower, grapple your way up to it, then climb the vines to get to the very top.
Pull the lever down to power up and restore the third and final antenna/radio tower.
Uh-oh! the mission is not over yet. Bicho’s radio signals are being jammed, and you need to do one last task of destroying the jammer at Taino Peak Relay Station.
Destroying the Radio Signal Jammer for Radio Libertad
The Taino Peak Relay Station is located 700 meters to the east of the third radio tower/ antenna that Dani just powered up. Be prepared for a challenging fight as the relay station is loaded with enemies.
You can take a sneakier approach here and use your amigo to take out the enemies. I will recommend Oluso- the black panther for the task.
I. Disabling the Propaganda Transmitter
Enter the station from the front gate and walk until you reach the vicinity of the giant satellite dish transmitting the propaganda. Take out the engineer here and climb up to the dish’s control panel. Pull the lever down at the control panel to shut down the transmission.
II. Shutting Down the Surge Protector
Look left from the control panel for a giant tower with a dome on top of it that’s the surge protector you need to take down. Walk to the surge protector tower, climb the ladder inside and circle your way around to reach the switch on the control panel.
Pull the level down to fry up all the jammers and dishes in the relay station.
That’s it! The mission is complete, and Radio Libertad is online. Viva Libertad!
