Red Light, Green Light is a thrilling game where you have to make it to the other side of the field.

Young-hee will begin by saying “Green Light” and turning back. This is your cue to take a few steps forward. After a brief moment, she will proclaim “Red Light” and immediately turn back. Anyone who is caught moving will be fatally eliminated. 

It’s pretty simple to play Red Light, Green Light. Make sure to move only when Young-hee’s back is turned. You also need to take a few steps at a time. If you are using a controller, disable stick drift to avoid unwanted movements. Turn off your microphone since it is sensitive to sound also. 

Keep an eye on the sign in the middle of the screen. It will indicate whether Young-hee has fully stopped singing or not. While it may be tempting to straight-up run across the field during “Green Light”, you might not stop in time and end up being eliminated.

So, it’s better to be safe than sorry. Have patience. Don’t overthink it and mess up.

The first round is as it is. In the second round and so on, blue squares will appear around the field. Collect these squares to get a knife. Use it to eliminate nearby opponents. The more kills, the more XP you receive. 

This added twist makes the rather simple game much more intense. When you are playing, avoid straying close to your opponents. Try not to run in a straight line since it makes you an easier target.
