2. How do you obtain the Nurse’s Station code in Silent Hill 2?
The two difficulty sets have different ways to obtain the code to the Nurse’s Station-
- Light and Standard Difficulty: Players obtain a note that shows a grid of nine circles, a line through 4 of them. This pattern corresponds to the numbers on the Nurse’s Station keypad. The code you need is 3578.
- Hard Difficulty: The challenge is a game of Tic-tac-to. Finish the game and follow the line across the board, which leads to the code 7456 on the keypad.

Furthermore, to complete the X-ray viewer puzzle on 3F, you’ll need to clean the radiograph using Mold Remover. The Mold Remover can also be found in a kitchen or similar area in the hospital.
