Warhammer 40K has a lot of currencies for players to use based on the situation. There are the Requisitions, Mastery Points, and Armory Data. Of these, Armory Data holds quite a special position.
There are a few ways to unlock and obtain Armory Data in Warhammer 40K; let us look at them.
1. How to get the Armory Data in Warhammer 40K?
To obtain the Armory Data in Warhammer 40K, the following tasks have to be completed-
- All Class Trials have to be completed.
- Complete Operations (main story campaign).
- Find Hidden Servo Skulls in Operations.
Armory Data is the data or weapon information used in Warhammer 40K to unlock and obtain higher power weapons in the Operations Mode.
The logic is that information is power and getting more Armory Data lets you obtain and use higher-powered weapons. They have a higher fire rate, damage-per-second, and better ammo caps. Even the accuracy gets better with stronger weapons you can use in the late or end-game levels.
2. How to obtain Armory Data from Operations?
There are two basic methods for acquiring Armory Data in Operations. The first is just grinding out missions. You will receive a piece of Armory Data just by finishing an operation, and you can obtain more during a mission.
Keep a look out for the floating Servo Skulls that appear at random locations during Operations to gather that extra bit of information. There is only one of them for every task.
Servo Skulls are usually not in the open and a little hard to spot due to their small size, so take your time exploring every nook and cranny of the area. Their difficulty determines the type of Armory Data you can get from missions.
- Master-Crafted Armor Data – Obtained from Minimal and Average Threat missions
- Artificer Armory Data – Obtained from Substantial Threat missions
- Relic Armory Data – Obtained from Ruthless Threat missions
3. How to Obtain Armory Data From Trials?
The second method for getting Armory Data is to complete class trials. This method is faster and easier (and something you will have to do anyway). However, it only gives you a limited amount of Armory Data.
Each trial gives you one piece of data upon completion, with three trials for each class. Completing all tasks successfully yields 18 pieces of Armory Data. Which, in itself, is a tall order.
To begin a trial, enter the Armoring Hall and pick a class. Click the Trials button and select one of the three trials to begin. Trials are mini-training missions that exist to let the players grasp the basic game style and mechanics of each class.
The drawback is that Trials will only give you Master-Crafted Armory Data.
4. Find Servo Skulls
You’ll find hidden Servo Skulls scattered across maps in the locations where you perform the operations. Many Servo Skulls are not exactly in the open, so keep an eye out for them.
When you interact with the Servo Skills, they reward extra Armory Data, but don’t rely on Servo Skulls; they are just there to add a little bonus.
