Complete Guide to Level Up All Your Weapons in The First Descendent

Just like a good max-leveled character, weapons matter, too, in the First Descendent. Without a properly leveled weapon, you will hit noodle-like damage and die at some point fighting against enemies. 

You can obtain different types of weapons while completing missions and playing the game. All of them are useful, but you should prioritize leveling up the ones with good stats while sacrificing the others. The process is straightforward but not as simple as a single click.

1. How to Level Up Weapons in the First Descendent?

Players can upgrade weapons in the First Descendant at any repair station workbench after reaching Mastery Rank 3. They can use a workbench to level up their weapon of choice by feeding a high-level weapon.

Leveling up weapons is difficult because there is no Weapon EXP system, and feeding a high-quality weapon is the only option. Players have to farm these weapons and hope to get some good ones. 

Additionally, Phase Exchangers are also required to level up weapons. One can get them from Anais from Albion in exchange for 2500 Gold and 50 Super Alloy (material obtained from dismantling Common and Rare weapons). 

Note: To upgrade Ultimate (GOLD) weapons, you’ll need Liquid Metals, which are rarer than Phase Exchangers.

2. Steps to Level up any Weapon in the First Descendant

Follow the steps below to level up any weapon easily in the First Descendant.

• Obtain an ample amount of Phase Exchangers from Magister Anais.
• Check all of your weapons and then decide which gun to upgrade. Pick a higher-level gun that you are ready to sacrifice.

• Proceed to a workbench and choose the Weapon Level Transmission option.

• Select the “weapon for transmission,” i.e., choose the weapon you want to level up first.

• Select the higher-level gun you are willing to sacrifice to increase the level of the first weapon. You can enhance your weapons to a maximum level of 100.

• Click on the Weapon Level Transmission button to upgrade your weapon’s level.
