Collectibles have always been a huge part of the Assassin’s Creed series. Assassin’s Creed Mirage features Historical Sites, which are collectibles providing players with information and research based on Abbasid-era Baghdad. The first district where you can start finding Historical Sites is the Harbiyah district.
The Banu Musa Brothers Historical Site is located inside the Harbiyah Hidden Ones Bureau in AC Mirage. To find it, go the Harbiyah Hidden Ones Bureau, then climb up to the second floor. The codex entry will be located in a storage room to the left.
Fast-travel to the Harbiyah Bureau, then check for a flower-like icon on the map, indicating a Historical Site.
The codex entry describes the Banu Musa brothers, two brothers who got a good education at the House of Wisdom and made their marks in both scientific and political areas.
1. Where to find The Banu Musa: Book of Ingenious Devices in AC Mirage?
The Banu Musa: Book of Ingenious Devices is located in a building next to the Harbor Camp in the Sharqiyah District at the Karkh District. Its exact location is on the second floor of the building, on the river to the West of the Harbor Camp.
On the eastern side of the building, there’ll be a hiding spot with a blue curtain over it. Use that to climb and reach the platform above. Here, you’ll come across a window through which you’ll need to use a Throwing Knife and unbar the window on the opposite side.

2. About Assassin’s Creed Mirage
Assassin’s Creed Mirage is an action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux and published by Ubisoft. The game is the thirteenth primary installment in the Assassin’s Creed series and the successor to 2020’s Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. While its historical timeframe precedes that of Valhalla, its modern-day framing story succeeds Valhalla’s own.
Set in 9th-century Baghdad during the Islamic Golden Age—in particular during the Anarchy at Samarra—the story follows Basim Ibn Ishaq (a character first introduced in Valhalla), a street thief who joins the Hidden Ones to fight for peace and liberty against the Order of the Ancients,[b] who desire peace through control. The main narrative focuses on Basim’s internal struggle between his duties as a Hidden One and his desire to uncover his mysterious past.
