The Price Goes Up will begin right after you complete Answers Come at a Price. The objective of the quest is to find Nestor’s Flash Drive. However, the mission does not just end there. Once you have successfully obtained the Flash Drive, you still need to do a mini-task to wrap up.
How to complete The Price Goes Up?
The Workshop
Begin at the Slag Head. It should be marked on your map as a blue marker.
Interact with Diode. After the quick conversation, follow the objective marker to the Workshop. You need to retrieve Diode’s key from this location.
The Workshop should be easy to locate. It is underground so you need to climb down a concrete cylinder. Right at the bottom, there are a few wooden planks blocking the entrance. Break it to proceed.
The region is plagued by an Electrical Anomaly which explodes at certain intervals. So be careful.
Look around for the keycard. It should be on Karenchyk Chemo’s body by the stairs at the end of the narrow hallway. Loot the body and grab the key.
Go back to where you came from. Use the ladder nearby to climb up. You will notice a locked door here.
Use the key to unlock it and get out of the Workshop.
Nestor’s Flash Drive
Go back to Slag Heap. Talk to Diode. Show him the key you just retrieved. You will now be able to view where Nestor’s Stash is. Follow the map to get there.
The markers will lead you to the entryway of a tunnel. Enter the tunnel and climb up where you see an opening.
Go over to the crane. You will find Richter here. Strike up a conversation with him.
Head down the path ahead of the crane, you can find the Stash hidden here. Loot the bag to grab Nestor’s Flash Drive.
The primary objective of the mission is done. You just need to do either one of the two mini-tasks to wrap up the quest.
Task 1
The first task is to enter the Dig Site and learn about the Scanner Scheme.
Use the map and head to the Dig Site. Look for a way underground. There should be a makeshift tunnel marked by wooden logs. Beware of the monsters lurking around.
Go down the tunnel. You will come across an injured person lying on the ground. Heal him then gain more details about the Scanner Scheme.
Task 2
The second task is to investigate the Labyrinth.
Go to the Labyrinth. You will need to fend off Rodents pestering this area. Once the area is clear, look for Varan Bandit’s body. The corpse will be wearing a gas mask and a brown coat. Check the PDA to learn about the Scanner Scheme.
Once you complete any one of the tasks listed above, the mission will be marked complete.
