Voidbent armor set is a Tier 5, Legendary rarity endgame gear in New World with a gear score of stunning 600. The game offers three categories of Voidbent armors: Light, Medium, and Heavy armor. Each set contains five pieces of gear, and each of these pieces must be crafted individually to complete the set.
Crafting a Voidbent armor set is a serious grind, and it requires certain high-level rare items, and some maxed level skills for the process.
Voidbent armor sets can be crafted at a Tier 5 Outfitting Station or a Forge in New World, using a Voidbent Ingot and other required resources by a player of level 200 in Armoring trade skill.
Crafting Voidbent Armor in New World
The crafting process of these legendary gears is similar to how crafting generally works in the game. Just remember that light and medium Voidbent armor can be crafted at the Outfitting Station, but for heavy Voidbent armor, you need a Forge.
I. To Craft a Voidbent Armor Piece
Step 1: Gather the required primary and secondary resource materials for the desired piece of armor.
Step 2: Press M to bring out the map and locate the “Outfitting Station” or “Forge” in a settlement, according to the choice of your armor.
Step 3: Approach the crafting station and Press E to start crafting.
Step 4: Select the desired armor piece recipe from the drop-down panel on the left of your screen.
Step 5: Click the “Craft” option in the bottom right of your screen to craft the item.
If you “Can’t Craft” the gear, check what “requirements” are not met to complete the craft. The requirements of a craft are mentioned just above the “Can’t Craft” option in the bottom right.
Note: The crafting recipe for Voidbent armors will only show up in your tab when you at least have a single voidbent ingot in your inventory.

How To Craft Voidbent Ingot in New World?
Voidbent Ingot can be crafted at a Tier-3 Smelter, using 1x Void Ore, 1x Void Essence, and 10x Energy Core. This unnatural metal can only be used to craft Voidbent armor sets.
To craft a Voidbent Ingot, locate the smelter marked as a small white icon that looks like a furnace on the map. Smelters can be found in every settlement. Approach the smelter and press E to start smelting.
Select the Voidbent Ingot from the metal category on the panel left of your screen, and use the slider on the right side of your screen to select the quantity of the item you wish to craft, then click the “Craft” option in the bottom right of your screen to craft a Voidbent Ingot.
How to Obtain a Void Ore in New World?
Void Ore can be obtained by mining the Orichalcum Veins deposits available in the Shattered Mountain and Great Cleave regions of Aeturnum. These Veins primarily produce Orichalcum Ore, but there is a slight chance of a Void Ore drop as well.
Refer to the maps below for the precise locations of Orichalcum Veins.
Note: You need a Mining skill of at least 175 to mine Orichalcum veins and harvest Void ore.
A rare drop such as void ore depends on a player’s mining luck trait. You can boost your mining luck by equipping a Miner’s Charm, crafting a pickaxe with Azoth for enhanced luck chance, and eating potato food recipes like Roasted Potatoes, Herb-Roasted Potatoes, Boiled Potatoes, etc.
How to Acquire Other Required Material for the Craft?
All the required materials for a voidbent armor craft are extremely rare and hard to get. Here is all you need:
- Asmodeum- It can be crafted at a tier-5 Smelter using 5 Orichalcum ingots, 1 Obsidian Flux, 2 Charcoal, and two other rare drops like void ore from Orichalcum Veins: Tolvium and Cinnabar.
- Runic Leather- It can be crafted at a tier-5 Tannery using 5 Infused Leather, 1 Smolderhide and 1 Scarhide from level 55+ wolves, and 1 Aged Tannin.
- Blisterweave- It is a rare drop from Wirefiber and can be obtained from Supply Crates and Caches in level 58+ points of interest.
- Scalecloth- A rare drop from Wirefiber or Supply Crates and Caches in level 58+ points of interest.
- Runic Thread- A rare drop from the Pride of the Trees elite bear mob near the Eternal Pool in Reekwater.
- Phoenixweave- It can either be acquired as a rare drop from Silk plants or crafted at a tier-5 Loom using Infused Silk, Wireweave, Scalecloth, and Blisterweave.
