To access the stash hidden among the concrete blocks, locate a small well in the area’s center. Fend off some rodent mutants that inhabit this space. Approach the well and look for a gap in the wooden planks covering it. You can interact with the stash through this opening.

iii. Poisonous Hole Stash

The final stash can be found inside a cave to the left of the poisonous hole. If you find this as your first or second stash, you’ll have to fight a small mutant here too.

2. Place the Bottles, Complete the Quest

Upon locating the third stash, you’ll encounter Panas himself.

• If you’ve successfully placed vodka bottles in the previous stashes without taking anything, Panas will present you with a choice.
• You can either offer him an Anti-Rad pill or another bottle of vodka. Regardless of your decision, you’ll receive a reward of 1,300 coupons, and the quest will be completed.
• However, your choice will also have a significant impact on Panas’ future, as giving him the Anti-Rad pills will prompt him to leave Garbage and move forward.

3. Fail the Quest, Get More Rewards

However, if you choose to steal from Panas’ stashes, be prepared for a different outcome.

• When you encounter Panas, he’ll become hostile and attack you, forcing you to defend yourself.
• Defeating Panas will result in the quest failing, but you’ll gain possession of the valuable loot, which exceeds the 1,300 coupon reward.
