Charizard Tera Raid is a 7- Star Event that will give you a Level 100 Charizard and multiple other rewards. To beat this Raid you need to obtain Fairy-type Pokémon, more specifically Azumarill and Sylveon. Having a balanced team will help you win the Raid.
Charizard Tera Raid Start Time and Detail
According to the official information, Charizard will appear in the 7-Star Tera Raid Battle during two time periods. You can encounter these Raids by interacting with the Black Crystals laid throughout Paldea.
It will begin on December 1, 2022 at 4:00 pm PT and run until December 4, 2022 at 3.59 pm PT. The second slot will run from December 15, 2022 at 4:00 pm PT till December 18, 2022, 3.59 pm PT.

Strategies to Win the Tera Battle
I. Get the Best Pokémon Match-Up!
You need to remember that Charizard is only weak against Fairy and Dragon Type attacks. To win against this Level 100 Pokémon, you need to find yourself a Fairy or Dragon-based Pokémon which are not weak against Fire attacks.
The only Pokémon to fit the bill is Azumarill, it is Fairy Tera Type and also resistant to Fire attacks. Its hidden ability is Huge Power, which works to double its Attack power. You can catch this Pokémon at Casseroya Lake.
Sylveon, Dachsbun, and Grimmsnarl are good Pokémon substitutes for Azumarill. These Pokémon are all Fairy type and they are Level 100, so they work well as substitutes.
Having Blissey in your team will also do you great, as it is an amazing support type Pokémon.
II. Make a Team Play!
Having a team to coordinate your attacks makes the Raid much easier. Make sure to have a balanced team, and have both Attack type and Support type Pokémon.
Have at least two Azumarill and focus on Attack while having one person use Blissey or Umbreon as the support Pokémon. This will be the best way to fight against this challenge. But remember support is a very important part of team play.
III. Head to Chansey Supply Store
Remember that battling Charizard is a difficult process and you should always buy abundant HP and Proteins. You will need about 26 HP and Proteins to level up your Pokémon
Buying Zinc can help you increase the Special attack stats. You will need about 1× Zinc to improve your stats. You can also change the nature of your Pokémon to adamant. This will make the job easier.
