How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord is back with a Season 2 bringing back our favorite “Demon Lord” Takuma Sakamoto, who suddenly ended up in the world of his beloved MMORPG Game Cross Reverie by the summoning of two magical girls.
This isekai anime is based on a Japanese light novel series written by Yukiya Murasaki. Season 1 of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord ran for 12 episodes in the year 2018. Season 2 named “How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Ω” is slated for a 2021 release.
Official website of Season 2 of How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord Ω has just released a PV revealing the cast, crew and visuals for the upcoming anime. Season 2 will have an April 2021 release.

Season 2 will be broadcasted in TV channels like TBS and BS-TBS.
Season 1 hilariously depicted the story as the self-proclaimed Demon Lord Takuma enslaved two pretty girls with his magic and went on a journey to defeat evil in the Isekai MMORPG World.
The anime gained huge popularity with it’s plotline being somewhat similar to the fan favorite Overlord series.
The new season will show us some new characters who will accompany Takuma in his quest to beat the game and finally go back in his real world. Takuma might also summon a few more magic girls to increase his team’s powers.

Sakamoto Takuma was so strong in the MMORPG Cross Reverie that his fellow players came to call him the ‘demon lord.’
One day, he gets summoned to another world in his avatar form and meets two girls who insist that they’re the one who summoned him.
They cast a spell used to enslave summoned beasts on him, but the spell reflects, and the girls end up being the ones put under the spell!
Thus, begins the otherworldly adventure of a fake demon lord who blazes his trail through overwhelming power.
