Dead Rising is back with a bang after 8 long years. Surprisingly, it’s not the next part of the widely popular series, but instead, it is a remaster of the original, following the adventurous journey of photojournalist, Frank West.

1. How long does it take to beat Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster?
It takes 6 hours to beat the campaign of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. The game’s main story mode is known as the 72-Hours Mode, where players have to complete all the objectives within the limited time frame of 3 in-game days.
Every hour in the game is equal to the 5 minutes of real life. Therefore, players get only a limited time frame of 6 hours to complete all the objectives until the 3 in-game days are complete.
However, this doesn’t mean that you get only 6 hours’ worth of content from the game. The different choices players make throughout the game have different outcomes, thus, adding a lot of replayability.
Moreover, completing the 72-hour mode unlocks two other game modes: Overtime and Infinity.
2. How long does it take to beat Overtime and Infinity mode in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster?
It takes 8 hours to beat the Overtime mode in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster as it adds an additional day of survival to the regular story mode. However, the Infinite Mode does not have a day limit. Therefore, it can be played for as long as a player wants.
The Infinite Mode allows players to explore the game world more thoroughly and attempt new ways to perform tasks or just have fun with the game mechanics. The Infinity Mode only unlocks after players successfully complete the Overtime Mode.
3. How long does it take to 100% Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster?
It takes a total of 14 hours to 100% complete Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster because the last and most difficult achievement to unlock is surviving 7 days in Infinity Mode.
As this is a time-based achievement, you can complete all the other achievements within this relatively easy time frame. Once you cross the 14-hour mark ( 7 in-game days), you will unlock this achievement, which will complete the game, in spirit.
After this, even though you can still have fun by trying out new things in the game, there will not be any new collectibles or achievements to unlock.

Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is an action-adventure survival game published and developed by Capcom. It is a remake of the original 2006 game Dead Rising. Released on 19th September 2024, the game is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The game follows the story of Frank West, a photojournalist, who has three days to uncover the truth of a zombie outbreak at Willamette Parkview Mall in Colorado.
