It takes 10-12 hours to beat the Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred DLC campaign, which makes it half as lengthy as the base game. Completing the side quest may take 6 additional hours. A completionist run of the game will take about 30 hours.

Additionally, the DLC features 35 side quests, 20 dungeons, and 30 Tenets of Akarat collectibles. All of these add a couple dozens of gameplay hours to the game.

Overall, Vessel of Hatred is capable of being a standalone Diablo game in itself and worth every single penny.
