It takes 10-12 hours to beat the Diablo 4 Vessel of Hatred DLC campaign, which makes it half as lengthy as the base game. Completing the side quest may take 6 additional hours. A completionist run of the game will take about 30 hours.
The new DLC expansion adds a lot of replayability to the game, especially in the form of the Undercity, which becomes available around the midpoint of the campaign. All the added side quests and collectibles almost double the gameplay hours, which is fantastic news for all Diablo fans.

Additionally, the DLC features 35 side quests, 20 dungeons, and 30 Tenets of Akarat collectibles. All of these add a couple dozens of gameplay hours to the game.

Overall, Vessel of Hatred is capable of being a standalone Diablo game in itself and worth every single penny.
