Honaki Star Rail Firefly’s Ascension and Trace Materials

Firefly is one of the major villains in Hoyoverse’s Honkai Star Rail. Also known as the Molten Knight or Sam, she is an active member of the Stellaron Hunters. Donning a suit of armor called SAM, Firefly is on the hunt to find the true meaning of life.

Firefly will likely be a part of the Version 2.3 banner as a 5-star character. So until Version 2.3 releases in June, prepare for her arrival with this helpful guide!

Firefly will be a 5-star DPS Destruction character with a Fire type affluency. She was born with the purpose of serving as a weapon and has Entropy Loss Syndrome. It sounds as if she was a lab experiment which makes her journey even more challenging.

Rarity: 5-Star

Order: Flare Propulsion– Deals Fire damage equal to 130% of SAM’S ATK to a single enemy.

Order: Aerial Bombardment– Consumes a portion of this unit’s HP to regenerate Energy. Deals Fire damage to a single enemy.

Firefly Type-IV: Complete Combustion– Upon entering the Complete Combustion state, advances SAM’s action by 100%, gains Enhanced Basic ATK and Enhanced Skill, increases Weakness Break efficiency, increases damage the Weakness Broken enemy target receives, and increases SPD, until the countdown ends.

Firefly Type-IV: Deathstar Overload– Restores the unit’s own HP up to 35%. When the single enemy target has no Fire weakness, applies Fire Weakness to the target, and deals Fire damage.

Firefly Type-IV: Pyrogenic Decimation– Restores unit’s HP and deals Fire damage to a single enemy.

Here are Firefly’s leaked Eidolons:

In Reddened Chrysalis, I Once Rest (E1): When using Enhanced Skill, she ignores 15% of the target’s defense, and the Enhanced Skill doesn’t consume Skill Points.
From Shattered Sky, I Free Fall (E2): When using Firefly’s Enhanced Basic or Skill in the Complete Combustion state to defeat an enemy target, or cause them to be Weakness Broken, Firefly immediately gains an extra turn. Can be triggered after a turn.
Amidst Silenced Stars, I Deep Sleep (E3): Increases Firefly’s Skill by two with a maximum upgrade level of 15. Increases the level of her Basic Attack by one, with a maximum upgrade level of 10.
Upon Lighted Firefly, I Soon Gaze (E4): While in the Complete Combustion state Firefly is immune to Crowd Control debuffs. Can be triggered twice during every Complete Combustion.
From Undreamt Night, I Thence Shine (E5): Increases the level of Firefly’s Ultimate and Talent by two, with a maximum upgrade Level of 15.
In Finalized Morrow, I Full Bloom (E6): While in the Complete Combustion state, Firefly’s Fire Resistance Penetration increases by 12%. When using Enhanced Basic and Skill, Firefly’s Weakness Break efficiency is increased by 50%.
