2. Episode 4 Speculation
Episode 3 introduced us to the second heroine of the show, Sayuri Akino. At first, she seems to be cold, but later, we find out that she’s just massively introverted. She developed a bond with Tsubasa and Fuyuki, but it was obvious that soon she would turn into Fuyuki’s rival as they both tried to get Tsubasa’s heart.
With this, we are missing two more key characters, one girl and one boy. We see them in the opening of the anime every episode, but we are yet to know who they are. The next episode may introduce one of them to us. Before it happens, we can surely speculate that the girl will be our third heroine or, better to say, Akino and Fuyuki’s rival. The boy will most likely be something like Tsubasa’s best friend.

Tsubasa, Fuyuki, and everyone else in their class were going skiing. This was also a brand-new experience for him, so Fuyuki hyped him up for it on their way. On the bus, Tsubasa was seated beside Sayuri Akino, another gal in their class. Fuyuki tried to talk to her but got upset when Akino ignored her.
She told Tsubasa how she thought Akino was really cute and everything. Looking at her closely, even Tsubasa got spellbound. Soon enough, they reached the skiing resort, where the teachers divided the students into three groups. Coincidentally, Akino and Tsubasa both ended up together because of having no experience in skiing.
With the intention of smoothing things between Akino and Fuyuki, Tsubasa approached Akino to talk with her. This time, Tsubasa was ignored as she put on her earphones. Both of them started skiing separately, but just after going a few steps, Akino slipped on the ice and fell.
Before she could get up, Fuyuki arrived to show off her skills to Tsubasa and went right back. Akino asked him if he was dating Fuyuki since they also seemed so close on the bus. Tsubasa immediately denied it as his face turned red. He asked the teacher if they could take their lunch break, and the teacher happily agreed.
Akino and Tsubasa returned to the bus, and Tsubasa left after taking his lunch box. However, a short while later, he noticed that he forgot to bring his chopsticks. As he returned to get the chopsticks, Tsubasa accidentally walked in on Akino while she was wiping off her sweat. Tsubasa immediately turned the other way, but instead of running away, he stayed there and explained everything.
When he was about to leave, Akino stopped him, saying she needed to explain too. After eating, she told him all about how she sweats a lot. Tsubasa promised to keep this whole thing a secret. The two bonded a lot over this sudden accident.
Suddenly, Tsubasa heard a beep from Akino’s bag. It turns out Akino is also a gamer who loves to play games. After a while, the two got back out, and Tsubasa encouraged Akino to try skiing one more time. She pulled it off With his proper instructions, but in the end, she couldn’t stop herself.
To stop her from injuring herself, Fuyuki rushed to her side and helped her safely land on her back. Earlier, Akino promised Tsubasa that if he could ski properly, then she’d start talking with Fuyuki more. As Akino and Fuyuki lay down on the snow, they also developed a new friendship. Still, Fuyuki got a bit jealous when she fell asleep on Tsubasa’s shoulder on their way home.
