Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku Ep 10: Release Date, Speculations, Watch Online

Gabimaru fights a hermit in episode 9 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku, titled “Gods and People.”

It was an intense action-heavy episode with everything I was eagerly waiting to see. The action hit hard, and seeing Gabimaru refusing to give up was sheer hype. 

We learned more about the village and the island in general. The hermits were discussed in detail. They all are part of Tensen and have massive power. We saw all of them in this episode, getting together and having a discussion.

1. Episode 10 Speculations

Gabimaru and Tamiya will join hands in episode 10 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku.

Before joining hands, we will be witnessing an interesting showdown between the two that is going to be the highlight of the episode. We will learn more about the island from the information gathered by Fuchi and Tamiya. 

Gabimaru, Sagiri, Tamiya, Yuzuriha, and the others will form a team.  Mei will undergo some interesting changes because of what happened in the previous episode, making her existence and origin more mysterious.

Episode 10 of the Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku anime has been released on Saturday, Jun 10, 2023. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

No, episode 10 of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is not on break this week. The episode will be released as per schedule. 

3. Episode 9 Recap

Gabimaru ventures out alone in search of the Tensen, despite Senta telling him not to do so as there are so many mysteries yet to solve. Gabimaru heads for Horai. 

After going past multiple trees which are reciting sutras, he reaches a giant gate that is supposed to be the entry for Horai. However, before he can enter, he meets an unknown entity outside. 

It is the same Tensen who fought Tenza. It is already tired, so it tells Gabimaru to give way. However, Gabimaru mentioning the elixir causes them to engage in an intense battle.  

After a short and fierce fight, Tensen slams Gabimaru to the wall and thinks it has killed him. However, Gabimaru gets up, and they start fighting again. 

Seeing how much damage Gabimaru’s attacks are doing, Tensen uses a special technique to immobilize him. Gabimaru is about to fall unconscious because of the sheer pressure. 

However, he stands up again and engages in an intense hand-to-hand battle. Gabimaru gets determined to hit the enemy so many times that it fails to regenerate. After a long duel, he finally gets the upper hand.     

His attacks start lethally damaging Tensen. Tensen fails to regenerate any longer and gets his body disintegrated by Gabimaru. Gabimaru asks about the elixir again. 

However, Tensen starts growing back and converts into a giant flower-like creature. Gabimaru stands no chance against this giant monster. He tries to attack but fails miserably. 

He is unable to move even a finger. Tensen completely wrecks him. Gabimaru wakes up in a dream where he is with his wife. He feels glad that he is able to talk to her one last time, even if it is in a dream. 

He is about to die when Mei shows up and takes him away. Tensen returns to his normal form and wonders what Mei is doing. Sagiri and the others get out to search for Gabimaru and Mei. 

Houko tells them more about the Tensen, saying the Tensen consists of seven hermits. They first used to be one God but later divided into seven identical parts, each having different functions. 

They reside in Horai, and they are not to be defied. They choose whose soul is allowed to enter Horai. Meanwhile, the hermits argue and discuss the recent batch of humans that have shown up. 

They are unlike the previous humans and have even caused one of the hermits some major damage. We also learn that Houko used to be a human residing in the village but was slowly converted to trees. 

Meanwhile, Gabimaru wakes up and finds Tamiya and Fuchi staring down at him.

Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku is a manga series by Yuji Kaku that ran from January 2018 to January 2021. It was serialized on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website and app and has been collected into 13 volumes.

Gabimaru: The Hollow is a ninja assassin who is on death row. He feels nothing and can’t be killed due to his training as a shinobi. Yet, when he faces Asaemon Sagiri, he realizes his will to live and return to his wife.
