The Friends: The Reunion trailer has got the fans in hysterics: “If Chandler is crying, how much tears are we going to shed?”
The trailer of the much-awaited Friends: The Reunion is finally here. The trailer was released on May 19, and you might need tissues to watch it.
The highly anticipated reunion episode of the hit ’90s TV show Friends will air on HBO Max on May 27. HBO has released the first trailer for the upcoming reunion episode of Friends.
The trailer features the original star cast of the sitcom, namely Jennifer Anniston, David Schwimmer, Courtney Cox, Matthew Perry, Lisa Kudrow, and Matt LeBlanc.
Apart from the lead characters, Friends: The Reunion has a huge list of guests, including actors, sportsmen, activists, musicians, and others. David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon and Malala Yousafzai will appear in the episode.
The unscripted episode will show the friends reminiscing old days, revisiting the sets and even testing each other’s knowledge about the show.
The trailer opens with David Schwimmer asking his co-stars about the length of the letter Rachel wrote for Ross before they got back together. They revisit many such iconic moments throughout the trailer, leaving the audience riling with nostalgia.
All of them read their respective scripts as they recall a few episodes, such as “The One Where Everyone Finds Out”. Lisa can be seen mouthing Phoebe’s dialogues from the episode, and it is so cool to watch her in character again.
The cast also talked about the upcoming episode with People magazine. Speaking about where Monica is in her life, Courtney Cox said,
“I always just feel like Monica would be doing something competitively with other mothers and trying to outdo them. Whether it’s the bake sale at school or something. I mean, she’d be so annoying. She’d be at the head of the PTA or something.”

“This cast in these roles and the collaborative spirit that the writers kind of invited where we all were playing at the same level, at the highest level I think, in terms of sitcom, that we could play at. I think it was a dream come true for all of us, and I think we realized it really early on.”
