Episode 2 Recap
Maou and others discuss Alas Ramus’s situation after bringing him into the apartment. Ramus clings to Emi and calls her mama, even though Emi is reluctant to accept her as her daughter.
Her internal resistance does not stop Emi from hugging her tightly, providing her with some reassurance.
As Maou and others think of ways to help her, she becomes torn about the future. As much as possible, Chiho looks forward to contributing.
As Maou works at McRonald’s the following day, Chiho visits his apartment. When Ramus started crying, Ashiya and others had difficulty calming her down.
Ashiya receives diapers, tissues, toothbrushes, and other child-care products while Ramus is fast asleep. As soon as Suzuno arrives, Ramus suddenly wakes up and begins crying before they can even sit down and chat.
Satan, working at McRonald’s, is constantly asking for her. Ramus cries when Chiho reassures her that Maou will be home soon while reassuring her that she will not be alone.
In the meantime, Ashiya, Chiho, and Suzuno made her feel comfortable by introducing themselves to her. Despite her arch-enemy’s claim to be her arch-enemy, Emi is still torn about the prospect of co-parenting Ramus.

Chiho asks Maou for help later when they are alone. According to him, co-parenting with Emi will be difficult since they have been enemies for quite some time.
Chiho is the only person he can trust, so he asks her for help. In response, Chiho offers all the support he needs. As their friends follow them secretly, Maou takes Ramus out with Emi the following day.
The young Satan’s entire tribe was destroyed by a dangerous demon about three decades ago. Without Emilia’s mother Lailah’s timely intervention, Satan would have died in all the chaos and bloodshed.
In addition to rescuing Satan, she cared for him while he was recovering. While they were doing this, Lailah shared much of her wisdom with him, and they got to know each other better.
Before they said goodbye, she gave him a purple crescent-shaped crystal. As centuries passed, Satan became the Demon Lord by keeping past lessons in his mind.
Using Lailah’s wisdom, he reunited the entire demon race under his leadership. The purple crescent crystal he planted inside the castle’s garden was a Yesod fragment, which he had not realized he had produced. As a result, Satan never realized the true nature of the plant or cared to learn about it.
Alas Ramus was born from that crystal one day and claimed to be his daughter. He could not have imagined that she would one day claim to be his daughter from that crystal.
Yesod herself has been a fragment of Alas Ramus, but her origins remain a mystery.

The story revolves around the Demon Lord Satan after he is stuck in the human world. Satan loses against the hero Emilia in his homeworld Ente Isla. He then takes one of his subordinates – Alciel and transports himself to the human world, where he is left powerless due to the lack of magic.
Both Satan and Alciel take human forms, and Satan takes up a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant to earn a living. Things get even more complicated once Emilia arrives under the guise of a human named Emi Yusa. This light-hearted comedy explores the interactions of “evil” and “good.”
