Episode 11 Recap
The entire episode is filled with adorable Rika moments. Every time she sees Ashiya, she lights up completely. Ashiya even gets jealous of Suzuno because she knows about his tastes. Ashiya grabbing her hand caused her to show the best reaction.
The secret Maou keeps should be known by Rika; I hope so. Due to her close relationship with Ashiya, she has a right to learn about the gang.
The Watcher will have an afro based on the silhouette we saw last week. The fact that he was speaking in English surprised me. Despite their hilariously bad English, that entire scene was enjoyable to watch.
The fact that Chiyo wasn’t kidnapped again, like in season 1, is good, but I’m not convinced this alternative is better. Her body was knocked out from exposure to so much magic.
As long as Chiho’s mom knows what is happening and is likely terrified that her daughter might not wake up again, it’s not too bad since Suzuno claims that Chiho will wake up on her own once she receives a bit of divine force, but I feel bad for her mother who has no idea what’s going on.
Raguel the Watcher needs to be stopped so he doesn’t send any more magic sonar, and Emi’s mom doesn’t find her. If Emi’s mom has a shard of Yesod, she gives it to Chiho, isn’t she? That final scene left me wondering what she meant. What does she mean when she says Chiho will become the mother of a new Daath?

The Devil Is a Part-Timer! is a Japanese light novel series written by Satoshi Wagahara, with illustrations by Oniku (written as 029). ASCII Media Works has published the series in Japan, while Yen Press has published the series in North America.
The story revolves around the Demon Lord Satan after he is stuck in the human world. Satan loses against the hero Emilia in his homeworld Ente Isla. He then takes one of his subordinates – Alciel and transports himself to the human world, where he is left powerless due to the lack of magic.
Both Satan and Alciel take human forms, and Satan takes up a part-time job at a fast-food restaurant to earn a living. Things get even more complicated once Emilia arrives under the guise of a human named Emi Yusa. This light-hearted comedy explores the interactions of “evil” and “good.”
