The latest addition in the isekai anime genre is Kazutomo Ichitomo’s Handyman Saitou-san in Another World.
When you’re an isekai protagonist, even being useless and unlucky can make you a hero. In such conditions, a skilled handyman like Saitou-san can take you far and beyond in terms of fame and success.
Even though its plot is ordinary, Handyman Saitou-san in Another World has gained enough popularity to become an anime. The franchise has also revealed a promo video and the anime’s January 2023 release.
The trailer gives us a preview of Saitou-san’s commendable skills as he picks locks for various dungeons. His expertise in odd jobs makes him the perfect travel buddy for a mage and fairy.
Speaking of companions, Saitou-san’s kind and soft-spoken nature helps him gain some friends and allies in the unknown world. A few of his companions are the old wizard Morlock, the knight Raelza, and the fairy Lafanpan.

I have high hopes for this one despite the cliche story because the cast and staff are just top-notch.
